    Abstract: Provided are a method and a device for load information interaction, a processor and a storage medium. The method includes: sending, by a first network node, a load request message to a second network node, where the load request message is used for indicating configuration information used by the second network node in reporting load information to the first network node; and receiving, by the first network node, the load information reported by the second network node according to the configuration information. The second network node and the first network node belong to different logical nodes in a network. The technical problem that load management cannot be performed when the second network node and the first network node belong to different logical nodes in related technology is solved, and the maximum performance of the network is fully exhibited.

    Abstract: Provided are a method, apparatus and system for implementing a common process. The method includes that: a base station transmits a first request message to a CN device, the first request message being used for applying for establishing a first interface, the first interface being an interface between a radio access network (RAN) to which the base station belongs and a CN, and the first request message carrying at least one of: location area information of a specific geographical area configured for paging a UE, information of a public land mobile network (PLMN) supported by the base station, and base station type information of the base station; and the base station receives a first response message transmitted by the CN device, where the first response message is used for indicating that the first interface has been successfully established.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices related to digital wireless communication, and more specifically, to techniques related to receiving, at a network node serving a wireless device via a communication network, a first list comprising device configuration parameters and a second list comprising base station configuration parameters, wherein at least one ID configuration parameter is included in both the first list and the second list; generating, by the network node, network-side usage measurement data based on testing the network node in accordance with the second list; receiving, from the wireless device, the device performance data of the wireless device based on local measurements at the wireless device in accordance with the first list; and receiving, at the network node, optimized settings from a remote server, wherein the optimized settings are based on the network-side usage measurement data collected from the network node and the device performance data collected from the wireless device.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices related to related to digital wireless communication, and more specifically, to techniques related to transmitting data and feedback data between network elements is disclosed. In one exemplary aspect, a method for wireless communication includes transmitting data from a first network element to a second network element. The method also includes receiving, at the first network element, feedback data from the second network element, where the feedback data includes a highest delivered packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) sequence number (SN) and information indicative of a range of data that has been successfully delivered to a terminal. The method also includes retransmitting at least a portion of the data from the first network element based on the feedback data.
