Abstract: A sex toy comprising a body housing a motor; a shaft coupled to the motor; a massaging member mounted over the shaft; and a controller coupled to control the motor to drive the massaging member in a reciprocating motion along the length of the shaft is described. The reciprocating motion results in a change in length of the sex toy. The change in length may comprise about 20 mms to about 100 mms; about 25 mm to about 90 mm; or about 30 mm to about 85 mm. One full stroke of the reciprocating motion may be performed in about 0.5 to about 2.0 about seconds; about 0.6 to about 1.5 seconds; or about 0.7 to about 1.0 seconds.

Abstract: Ejaculation promotion apparatuses. Apparatuses for promoting ejaculation may include a sensory component coupled to a shaft at or near a first end of the shaft, a bar coupled to the shaft at or near a second end of the shaft, a rail coupled to the bar to permit the bar to move along the length of rail, a pin coupled to a wheel and inserted through a slot of the bar, and a motor coupled to the wheel. A housing includes the bar, the rail, the pin, and the wheel. Operation of the motor rotates the wheel, which moves the pin between two ends of the slot. Movement of the pin between the two ends of the slot moves the bar between two ends of the rail. Movement of the bar between the two ends of the rail moves a portion of the shaft in and out of the housing.

Abstract: A power-driven traction device for neck physical therapy includes a rail platform disposed on a base and a traction mechanism used for drawing a user's neck disposed on the platform. The traction mechanism includes a neck rest portion and a drive portion. The neck rest portion is coupled with the drive portion. The drive portion is slidably disposed on the rail platform and connected with a power-driven drive device. The power-driven drive device is connected with the drive portion to bring the neck rest portion to slide backward and forward on the rail platform in a longitudinal direction. It is convenient for the user to operate the power-driven traction device by himself. The force to draw the user's neck can be controlled finely and well.

Abstract: A low stress therapeutic device is provided by utilizing foot plates and guide rails having operationally tracking surfaces of a low coefficient of friction supported by a platform. The device includes a rail stabilizer equipped with extending longitudinally recess or slot and a slideably mounted foot plate having upon its underside a longitudinal projection slideably retained within the rail recess. The therapeutic device may be designed to operate under relatively effortless strain at a low coefficient of friction. The therapeutic device is useful for knee replacement, stroke victims, ACL repair, and other therapeutic treatments requiring a nominal initiating effort of movement for rehabilitation. The device may be provided as a one or two footed device of a light weight particularly useful in a patient sitting or lying position. The foot plates may be appropriately equipped with longitudinally underside tracking guides reciprocating sliding within longitudinal slots provided by a tracking rail.

Abstract: A leg therapy apparatus is provided which enables the user to easily and comfortable engage the various muscles of the leg, providing the leg muscles with a therapeutic message which helps to loosen and relieve sore or damages muscles. The apparatus may also be used to assist in the removal of cellulite from areas of the leg. The apparatus is basically comprised of a frame structure means, a user engagement means, a coupling means, and an optional resistance means. The frame structure means has at least two main support members coupled together in such a manner that the leg of the user may be placed within, with the main support members surrounding a significant portion of the leg. The main support members are adjustably coupled together by the coupling means such that they may alternatively move away and towards one another, as the various leg muscles of the user are being engaged by the user engagement means. The optional resistance means may be used to provide motion resistance.

Abstract: An apparatus for applying traction force to a spine of a user has a chassis with an upper surface. A user lies on the upper surface with the spine extending generally parallel to a longitudinal axis of the chassis. Two members extend from the chassis on opposing sides of the longitudinal axis, each member being positioned to engage an armpit. A lever is pivotally attached to the chassis for rotation about a lateral axis, and a pad coupled to the lever contacts a proximal portion of each upper leg when the leg is bent forward at a hip joint. A force applied to the lever is transmitted through the pad to each upper leg and opposed by the members, thereby applying traction force for decompressing the spine. The force may be applied by the arms of the user or by a motor.
