摘要: Methods and related apparatus for providing a chemical intervention processing solution for use within processing tanks. Processing tanks can include side streams or ancillary systems for generating the chemical intervention processing solution that can then be introduced into the processing tanks. The antimicrobial agents will be added and mixed in the side stream to form the chemical intervention processing solution. Additional actions can be conducted on the processing solution within the side stream including any and or all of heating, pumping, sampling, measuring, testing and pH adjustment of the processing solution. The chemical intervention processing solution can also be provided by a venturi injector that combines processing water and an antimicrobial agent and/or an alkaline agent outside of the processing tank. The processing solution can be used for various food processing applications.

摘要: A mixing cartridge delivery system, which mixes additive with base liquid flowing through it, utilizes a dispensing closure valve to achieve improved flow of mixed liquid from the cartridge. A closure base may include a tethered lid. A flexible valve, such as a slit valve, is supported on a valve supporting end of the closure base and retained thereon with a valve retainer that interlocks with the closure base. The system may include a one-way valve for base liquid and a mixing section defined in the cartridge. The dispensing closure valve achieves improved flow characteristics in combination with the base liquid valve. The dispensing closure valve also prevents leakage and inadvertent discharge from the cartridge system.

摘要: A mixing funnel for mixing fluids is provided. In one embodiment, the mixing funnel includes a tray having a fluid inlet arranged to receive a primary fluid flow, and first and second fluid passages configured to receive primary fluid flow from the fluid inlet such that the flow is divided to flow along the first and second fluid passages. The first and second fluid passages can be arranged to direct the primary fluid flow to a mixing area. The tray can further include a fluid outlet arranged to receive the primary fluid flow from the mixing area and to deliver the fluid to a container.

The first supply unit includes a fluidic component, including an outlet opening, which is fluidically connected to the first inlet opening of the mixing chamber, and at least one means for specifically changing the direction of the first fluid that flows through the fluidic component, in particular in order to cause an oscillation in space of the fluid at the outlet opening.

摘要: A chemical mixture dispensing assembly for automatically filling a fluid containment with a predetermined ratio of chemicals and water includes a housing that is mountable on a support surface such that the housing is positioned proximate a fluid containment. The housing is fluid coupled to a water source, a first chemical source and a second chemical source. A mixing unit is positioned in the housing and the mixing unit mixes a predetermined volume of fluid from the first chemical source and the second chemical source with a predetermined volume of water from the water source to produce a fluid mixture. The mixing unit dispenses a predetermined volume of the fluid mixture from the mixture outlet to fill the fluid containment with the fluid mixture.

摘要: Provided is a technique for efficiently mixing a plurality of liquids by using only a single liquid feeding device. This liquid mixer comprises: a first inflow flow path into which a first liquid flows; a second inflow flow path into which a second liquid flows; a liquid merging part where the first liquid and the second liquid merge; an outflow flow path which is connected to the liquid merging part and through which the first liquid and the second liquid flow out; and a single liquid feeding device. The liquid merging part has a first flow path connected to the first inflow flow path, and a second flow path connected to the second inflow flow path, the first flow path branches into at least two flow paths, and the second flow path branches into at least two flow paths. One among the flow paths branched from the first flow path and one among the flow paths branched from the second flow path are connected and merged with each other. Another one of the flow paths branched from the first flow path and another one among the flow paths branched from the second flow path are connected and merged with each other on the downstream side, and are connected to the outflow flow path.

The outlet port fluid has a mixture ratio of the first inlet fluid and the second inlet fluid for a particular application that depends on dimensions of the first inlet port orifice size, the second inlet port orifice size and the outlet port orifice size.
