    摘要: Disclosed is a non-contact high-frequency induction heating apparatus for plastic mold and injection nozzle thereof in that only a partial area of a cavity and a runner area of an injection nozzle are rapidly heated by means of a non-contact high-frequency induction heating manner during the injection of a melting resin of high temperature, so that it can minimize a temperature variation between the cavity and runner and the melting resin of high temperature in order to smoothly supply the melting resin to the cavity and injection nozzle, whereby preventing various outward inferiorities of the molding product and improving the efficiency of the melting resin injection apparatus. The non-contact high-frequency induction heating apparatus for injection nozzle of a plastic mold comprises an injection nozzle for injecting a melting resin from a melting resin injection apparatus into the plastic mold; a high-frequency induction coil wound along a periphery of the injection nozzle; and a high-frequency power supply portion for supplying a high-frequency power to the high-frequency induction coil so as to rapidly heat a runner of the injection nozzle by means of a magnetic field of the high-frequency induction coil.

The methods and systems utilize shooting pot technology in combination with a combination of thermal control elements and in some instances, specialized flow bore geometries to control a thermal property and a flow parameter of selected polymeric material flowing through the system to mold the plurality of multiple layer plastic articles. Both the systems and methods are well suited for use to perform simultaneous flow injection or sequential flow injection to form the plurality of multiple layer plastic articles. The systems and methods described therein beneficially reduce the mold cavity pitch size for multiple layer molds used with systems having shooting pot technology to a mold cavity pitch size found on conventional monolayer molds to provide a plurality of multiple layer plastic articles having a cost similar to monolayer plastic articles.

At least one final insulating layer with low thermal emissivity is then applied to optimise electrical efficiency. The method utilises thermal spray techniques and can be applied also for production of other heating equipment.

The heat sink sleeve is configured to remove sufficient heat from the shooting pot cylinder to increase the viscosity of the melt therein, thus reducing melt leakage between the shooting pot piston and the shooting pot cylinder.

    摘要: An injection molding apparatus used comprises a molten resin injector 15 for injecting a molten resin, and a die 12 connected to the molten resin injector and communicating with the molten resin injector so that the molten resin is injected into the die. A cavity having a prescribed shape is formed within the die in order to mold the injected molten resin into the prescribed shape. An opening of the die for guiding the molten resin to the outside is blocked so as to confine a molding object as an object for molding the resin member. A plate member 10 as a molding object is compressed onto the die 12, and the molten resin is injected into the die while compressing the molding object. The molten resin is adhered on the molding object by being guided from the opening, and a solidified resin member comprising the solidified molten resin is bonded on the surface of the molding object. Consequently, the resin member having a prescribed shape is readily and promptly formed on the surface of the molding object.
