摘要: A package-type air-cooled screw compressor has a compressor body relating to an air-cooled screw compressor, a drive motor, a package that houses the compressor body and the drive motor, an intake opening that takes in an air that cools the compressor body and the drive motor, an exhaust opening that exhausts the air, a duct extended downward from the exhaust opening, to transport the air to the exhaust opening, and an exhaust fan that exhausts the air. A lower end of a wall face constituting the duct is extended downward so that a lower-end inlet of the duct is placed at a position not viewable from a center position of the compressor body.

摘要: A compressed air system may comprise an air compressor configured to generate compressed air, a reservoir configured to store the compressed air, a reservoir pressure sensor configured to monitor an actual reservoir pressure of the compressed air stored in the reservoir, an outlet valve configured to regulate a flow of the compressed air out of the reservoir, and an outlet electronic actuator configured to adjust a position of the outlet valve. The compressed air system may further comprise an electronic control module (ECM) configured to transmit a command to the outlet electronic actuator to cause the outlet electronic actuator to open the outlet valve when the actual reservoir pressure is above a target reservoir pressure, and transmit a command to the electronic actuator to cause the electronic actuator to close the outlet valve when the actual reservoir pressure is below the target reservoir pressure.

摘要: A variable booster device of a pneumatic regenerative system of a motorized vehicle is in fluid communication with a pneumatic device of the system. The variable booster device includes a main body and a plate slidingly coupled to the main body. The main body includes an inlet, an outlet, and an interior cavity. The plate is reconfigurable between a first configuration, where the outlet is a first size, and a second configuration, where the outlet is a second size. The variable booster device pressurizes the air a first amount when the plate is in the first configuration and pressurizes the air a second amount when the plate is in the second configuration, where the second amount is greater than the first amount. Disposed within the interior cavity is a first helical screw rotor and a second helical screw rotor. The two helical screw rotors are intermeshed with one another. The pressurized air is fed from the outlet of the variable booster device to the pneumatic device of the pneumatic regenerative system to be further pressurized by the pneumatic device and then stored for later use in the system.

摘要: A fluid working system such as a pump for displacing a working fluid such as hydraulic fluid or a motor using a working fluid is provided. The system may have a positive displacement machine which includes one or more working chamber with displacement means such as a cylinder with a reciprocating piston. There are also two or more fluid ports to allow the working fluid to flow into and out of the working chamber. The working fluid flows from one fluid port means to another either being forced to do so when pumped or moving the piston when functioning as an engine. The fluid working system has associated therewith a non-dead compliance volume of a material such as syntactic foam. This compliance volume acts to smooth any pressure fluctuations within the working fluid system.

The supercharger has a shuttle combined with a throttle valve that controls the mass of air directed to an air mass bypass opening and supplied to the internal combustion engine. The shuttle has rollers that ride on rails that allow the shuttle to move to open and close the air mass bypass opening in communication with a casing that directs a mass of atmospheric air and a bypass mass of air interfused with the mass of atmospheric air to an air mass inlet of the supercharger.

摘要: An improved discharge port of a rotary screw compressor is described. A discharge port of a screw compressor generally includes a restrictive portion to help prevent a leakage of working fluid back to a suction side of the compressor. The improved discharge port is configured to have a restrictive portion with a reduced size compared to a restrictive portion of a conventional discharge port, resulting in an enlarged opening of the discharge port compared to a conventional discharge port. The improved discharge port can help discharge the compressed working fluid more quickly than a conventional discharge port, reducing and/or avoiding over-compression of the working fluid. The efficiency gained due to the enlargement of the opening may be more than the efficiency loss due to leakage of working fluid back to the suction side, resulting in a net efficiency gain of the compressor.

The bearing plate is coupled to the housing and has an oil cavity side and an air cavity side. The bearing plate is formed of aluminum. The pair of sleeves can be received by the bearing plate and support respective bearings rotatably supporting respective first and second axle shafts. The pair of sleeves are formed of steel.
