    摘要: A length adjustment for a drive shaft, wherein the length adjustment has the following: a first rotary element with a first longitudinal toothing and a second rotary element with a second longitudinal toothing. The first longitudinal toothing and the second longitudinal toothing mesh with each other and are axially displaceable to each other. In an end portion of the first rotary element a tooth gap between two longitudinal teeth of the first longitudinal toothing is obstructed. The radial height of a longitudinal tooth of the second longitudinal toothing is reduced relative to the residual longitudinal teeth such that only the longitudinal tooth reduced in radial height can be axially inserted into the obstructed tooth gap. The tooth gap is obstructed by a locking portion of the first rotary element, produced by forming or a material connection a pin resting in a bore of the first rotary element. The locking portion or the pin is arranged in the tooth gap or in axial extension to the tooth gap.

The joint coupling including a body having a bore, with the bore receiving the shaft, and the body including a secondary fastener hole extending normal to the bore. The spring clip including a fixed end secured to the main body, a flexible middle portion, and a finger at an opposed end, the finger engaging the shaft as the shaft slides into the bore and extending into the retention notch when the shaft is in a fully inserted position. The full insertion clip having a first end secure to the main body, a flexible portion and an opposed second end having a fastener alignment hole, the fastener alignment hole aligning with the secondary fastener hole when not flexed and misaligning with the secondary fastener hole when flexed.

    摘要: An eccentric gear comprising a stationary gear wheel (2) and an eccentric gear wheel (9). The eccentric wheel is freely mounted on the input shaft and is driven round by eccentric means (4, 6) causing the eccentric wheel to roll round the internal teeth on the stationary wheel. A driving dog transmits the slow rotation of the eccentric wheel to an output shaft (14). Distinguishing for the invention is that the teeth are corrected such that the eccentric wheel is adjusted with the aid of the two eccentric means such that there is practically no backlash. A computer calculated least clearance between respective top lands on the teeth is obtained with respect to tooth meshing. The eccentric means comprises two cylindrical sleeves arranged eccentrically one in the other. At one end part of each of the sleeves, one of which is arranged eccentrically in the other, there is a radially outstanding tongue (5, 7). These tongues serve as counterweights balancing the imbalance moment of the satellite gear wheel which is due to its eccentric mounting on the input shaft. Backlash and play are eliminated by turning the sleeves of the eccentric means relative to each other.
