The brake includes a magnetizing coil fitted into the magnetic circuit, for forming magnetic attraction between the parts of the brake. The arrangement includes a control of the brake, which includes at least one controllable switch, for adjusting the electricity supply of the magnetizing coil. The control of the brake comprises a supervision of the movement of the magnetic circuit of the brake.

    摘要: A shaft holding system for cryogenic pumps or expanders comprising of a set of hydraulic brakes surrounding the shaft of turbomachinery. Fluid or gas is introduced into the bellows chamber of a brake assembly. The bellows chamber expands due to the increase in pressure, thus exerting a force on the piston of the brake assembly. The piston in turn exerts a force on a brake rod, which pushes a brake pad attached to the end of the brake rod against the shaft. A feed line supplies fluid or gas to the hydraulics of the brake assembly. Two or more brakes can be used to secure the shaft of the turbomachine. A turbomachine including more than one shaft can use a set of brakes for each shaft of the turbomachine.

In at least one embodiment, the brake device includes an electromagnetic spring pressure brake, the brake force being applied by an elastic force to the part to be braked and a magnetic arrangement being provided for neutralizing the brake force. The magnetic arrangement counteracts the elastic force and consists of a coil arrangement and an armature place that are mobile in relation to each other, the mobile part being connected to the brake element that impinges the part to be braked. The brake device for a rail vehicle according to at least one embodiment of the invention allows a high brake force and short reaction times and is very compact. For this purpose, the mobile part is connected to an axially displaceable plunger which on one end can be impinged upon with the elastic force and which is connected on the other end to the brake element.

For this reason, even though an operation force of a parking lever is small, the cartridge assembly generates a force capable of maintaining a parking braking force. The annular brake oil room utilizes its high pressure caused deformation to the brake deformation wall, thus achieving a braking effect by pressing the main shaft. Thereby, the present invention is easy to assemble, and not only can stop the main shaft quickly, but also has a greater locking force.
