    摘要: A method is provided that includes transmitting an alternating current along a wire placed along a given axis relative to a magnetic element producing a magnetic field having an axis. The wire may be stretched such that the wire has an audible fundamental frequency. Additionally or alternatively, the alternating current may be a continuous alternating current. The method also includes in at least one instance, detecting a vibration of the wire thereby indicating that a transverse component of the magnetic field is coupled with the alternating current. And in the respective instance(s), the method includes adjusting a position of the wire or magnetic element to at least reduce the vibration of the wire thereby indicating increased alignment of the given axis and magnetic-field axis.

By checking the transfer order information added to the input signal, the main body unit can confirm if the input signal is deficient or not. Upon the end of the measurement of the physical quantity, the main body unit transmits the retransmission request that requests the retransmission of the deficient portion of the data to the sensor amplifier. According to the retransmission request from the main body unit, the sensor amplifier extracts the deficient portion of the input signal data stored in itself and retransmits the extracted input signal data to the main body unit.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for a monitoring system for operating equipment is provided. The monitoring system includes a first sensor having first operating parameters. A first printed circuit board includes an electrical circuit and signal processing hardware. A first sensor is in electrical communication with a second printed circuit board and the second printed circuit board includes signal processing hardware configured to process the signal. The second printed circuit board is in electrical communication with the first printed circuit board through a connector. The connector is configured to permit insertion and removal of a third printed circuit board to operate a second sensor having second operating parameters that differ from the first operating parameters of the first sensor. In another aspect, the first printed circuit board includes no processing circuit, the first printed circuit board includes an analog-to-digital hardware circuit, processor, controller or microprocessor and an output circuit.
