摘要: This invention relates to a method for producing 3D printing material. The method involves first producing, from at least one photocatalyst and at least one phyllosilicate, a photocatalyst-phyllosilicate composite; From the photocatalyst-phyllosilicate composite and at least one thermoplastic polymer, a photocatalyst-phyllosilicate-polymer composite is then produced. Finally, the photocatalyst-phyllosilicate-polymer composite is subjected to a shaping process, producing a 3D printing material. This invention also relates to a 3D printing material comprising a thermoplastic matrix and, embedded in the matrix, a composite material containing at least one photocatalyst and at least one phyllosilicate. This invention further relates to a method for producing components from the 3D printing material and a component produced using this method.

A core/sheath structure composing a forming material or a formed product which is a melted and cured product of the forming material, comprising: a core having a linear shape and an outer peripheral surface and including a first thermoplastic polymer; and a sheath covering the outer peripheral surface and including a second thermoplastic polymer and at least one selected from a group consisting of fibers and particles dispersed in the second thermoplastic polymer. A flock product comprising: a main body having a surface and composed of a forming material including a thermoplastic polymer or a formed product which is a melted and cured product of the forming material; an adhesive layer arranged on the surface; and a flock pierced into the adhesive layer.

摘要: A sulfonated water-dispersible thermoplastic copolymer material for use as a support material in an additive manufacturing process is made by a method comprising providing a selected thermoplastic copolymer having an acid or an anhydride group; esterifying the acid group of the selected thermoplastic copolymer with a hydroxyl-functionalized sulfonate salt, or amidizing the acid group of the selected thermoplastic copolymer with an amine sulfonate salt, or imidizing the anhydride group of the selected thermoplastic copolymer with an amine sulfonate salt. The esterification, the amidization or the imidization results in a sulfonated water thermoplastic dispersible copolymer having a glass transition temperature suitable to provide an effective support during the additive manufacturing process and wherein the sulfonated water-dispersible thermoplastic copolymer will disperse in tap water in less than 1 hour.

摘要: Provided is an apparatus for dispensing a composition that includes a barrel having an inlet and outlet, an extrusion screw, and a drive mechanism operatively coupled to the extrusion screw. The extrusion screw includes a shaft having a shank end for connection to the drive mechanism and a distal end opposite the shank end. A first helical flight extends around a first section of the shaft, and a second helical flight extends around a second section of the shaft. The second section is located distal to the first section and the first helical flight has a nominal outer radius less than that of the second helical flight, and optionally the first helical flight has a pitch shorter than that of the first helical flight.
