摘要: An all-in-one mobile wellsite service unit for providing equipment and services at an oil and gas well related to well abandonment is provided. The mobile unit comprises a water storage tank, at least one cement mixing barrel for mixing a cement slurry, a progressive cavity pump for pumping the cement slurry, and a hydraulic hose for connecting to a hydraulic power source to provide power to the cement mixing barrel and the progressive cavity pump. The mobile unit may also contain downhole tools needed for well abandonment, including a well cleaning tool, a cementing tool, a hydraulic packer, and more.

摘要: The present application provides a method and a system for recycling a polymer. The method includes introducing polymer into a primary melting extruder, producing a polymer melt that is combined with a fluid oil to at least partially dissolve the polymer melt. A secondary mixing extruder mixes these to form a polymer solution that is introduced into a refinery oil stream, producing a polymer-comprising oil stream, which is fed into a refinery process unit. The system includes a primary melting extruder for forming a polymer melt from polymer. A secondary mixing extruder receives the polymer melt. One or more hydrocarbon inflow conduits for providing a fluid oil to the primary melting extruder and/or the secondary mixing extruder are configured to form a polymer solution from the fluid oil and the polymer melt. There is a feed system outlet for feeding the polymer solution to a refinery oil stream.

The feeding mechanism preliminarily mixes water with a main agent and an auxiliary agent of an intelligent energy-gathered oil-displacing agent according to the ratio, the outlet of the feeding mechanism is communicated with the input port of the composite overload mechanism through a pipeline, the composite overload mechanism stirs, mixes, dissolves and overload ripens the preliminarily mixed solution to form mother solution, the mother solution is input from the output port of the composite overload mechanism to the inlet of the booster pump through a pipeline, the booster pump injects the boosted mother solution into the mixer, the mixer mixes the mother solution and the diluted high-pressure water and injects it into an oil-water well, and the power shafts of the composite overload mechanism and the booster pump are both driven by the driving mechanism.

摘要: Provided are a system for manufacturing dispersion liquid of carbon nanotubes and a method of manufacturing a dispersion liquid of carbon nanotubes using the same. The system includes; a mixing device supplied with solvent and carbon nanotubes, and storing a admixture of the solvent and the carbon nanotubes; a first dispersion device connected to the mixing device, performing a primary dispersion of the carbon nanotubes by an operation of a rotor and a stator, and then performing a secondary dispersion to form bent portions in the carbon nanotubes while discharging the carbon nanotubes through penetration holes of the stator; and a second dispersion device performing a tertiary dispersion of the carbon nanotubes to selectively cut the bent portions of the carbon nanotubes by irradiating a laser when the secondarily dispersed admixture recirculates to the mixing device.
