Abstract: A system for producing a mixture to deliver to a treatment site. A multi-lumen chamber can be connected to a proximal end of a mixing lumen and include a first lumen aligned and adjacent a second lumen. The first lumen can be configured to include a first constituent in a proximal portion of the first lumen and a second constituent in a distal portion of the first lumen. A first plunger can be internally positioned within the first lumen to distally move the first constituent into the distal portion to mix with the second constituent in a first state to form a first mixture. The first lumen can terminate in a first port. The second lumen is configured to include a third constituent. A second plunger is internally positioned within the second lumen to distally move the third constituent and the first mixture.

The return electrode may be deliverable within the body proximate the target area and separately from the instrument and the monopolar electrode. The return electrode may be configured to contact tissue in the body proximate the target area and receive radiofrequency energy emitted from the end effector.

Abstract: An axial flux motor includes a housing; a drive shaft disposed within the housing; at least one rotor; and at least one stator. The at least one rotor includes a diametrically-magnetized single pole pair magnetic ring having a rotor aperture defined through the center of the magnetic ring, where the drive shaft extends through the rotor aperture and where the at least one rotor is fixed to the drive shaft. The at least one stator includes a number of conductive windings and a stator aperture, where the drive shaft extends through the stator aperture and where the drive shaft is rotatable within the aperture. The at least one stator is configured to generate an axial magnetic field that causes the at least one rotor to rotate, thereby rotating the drive shaft.

Abstract: According to an aspect, an inflatable penile prosthesis includes a fluid reservoir configured to hold fluid, an inflatable member, and a pump assembly configured to transfer the fluid between the fluid reservoir and the inflatable member. The pump assembly includes a valve body, a pump bulb, and a deflation mode actuator. The valve body includes a bi-directional valve configured to move from an inflation position to a deflation position in response to an activation of the deflation mode actuator. The bi-directional valve in the inflation position is configured to open a fluid passageway in the valve body to transfer fluid from the pump bulb to the inflatable member. The bi-directional valve in the deflation position is configured to open a fluid passageway in the valve body to transfer fluid from the inflatable member to the fluid reservoir that bypasses the pump bulb.

A display unit may be coupled to the processor. The display unit may be configured to show a display including the longitudinal section view of the blood vessel.
