A process for fabricating a partially polymerized prepreg material. Fibers are impregnated with thermosetting resin. The resin is partially polymerized to a degree of polymerization between 10% and 60%. The thermosetting composite parts are produced by drape forming of the prepreg material. The material laid-up in the form of tapes and heated at a temperature above the glass transition temperature of the prepreg state. The laid-up material is pressed and cooled to return the laid-up material to a temperature below the glass transition temperature of the prepreg state in question.

A method for a real-time dynamic simulation of a response of a complex system or process controlled by a plurality of driving factors Pi (i=1 . . . k), each varying in a given range of variation. The range of variation of the driving factor Pi is discretized into NPi values. A prior parametric model of simulation is obtained in the form of a functional equation connecting the response to variations in the plurality of driving factors for any combination of values of the driving factors. Their range of variation is in the form of a sum of N modes that are functions of the factors. Each mode is defined for each of the NPi discretized values. The parametric model is stored in the form of a computer program in an independent device comprising a processor capable of running the program.

The first piece is made of thermoplastic material, and includes notches distributed over the internal face of the first piece adjacent to one end and a first ramp part on the internal face of the first piece. A second piece with the shape of a cylindrical ring, and includes notches distributed over its external face and a second ramp part on the internal cylindrical surface. The first piece and the second piece are assemblable such that the notches of the second piece fit in the notches of the first piece, and prevent the second piece from rotating in relation to the first piece. The second ramp part of the second piece complements the first ramp part of the first piece.

A non-destructive method for analyzing a cork stopper for the presence of 2,4,6-trichloroanisole. The stopper is introduced into a hermetically closed container. The container containing the stopper is heated under conditions vaporizing any 2,4,6-trichloroanisole present in the stopper. A gaseous sample of the atmosphere surrounding the stopper in the container is collected and analyzed for the presence of 2,4,6-trichloroanisole. This method allows the selection, in a batch of cork stoppers, of the stoppers that are substantially free of 2,4,6-trichloroanisole, in a non-destructive manner.

The processing unit determines the accuracy of the breathalyzer using the user's body as a simulator. In monitoring mode, the processing unit receives a BAC% measurement from the alcohol sensor based on the breath sample provided by the user at a sample time and determines a reference point from the BAC% measurement. The sample time is determined based on the user's metabolism rate or based on a time to a predetermined calibration point from a drink start time.
