Abstract:
A light concentrator for an optical antenna gradually narrows from the light receiving end to the end in contact with a light detector, and has a refractive index that gradually increases from the first to the second end, to afford a greater acceptance angle for the incoming optical signal. The increase may occur in stages of corresponding layers of the light concentrator, the layers being arranged in order of increase in refractive index from the first end to the second end.

Abstract:
A chemical solution dispensing device adapted for use with photo spinner equipment is disclosed. The device includes a nozzle adapted to spray chemical solution onto a wafer, a pressure sensor associated with the nozzle and adapted to sense a spraying pressure and generate a pressure value corresponding to the sensed spraying pressure, and a controller adapted to receive the pressure value, compare the received pressure value to a predetermined threshold pressure value, and generate an interlock signal when the received pressure value exceeds the predetermined threshold pressure value.
Abstract:
In a handover method, a mobile node receives a Layer 2 trigger message; requests information on Layer 3 of a new access router (NAR) from a previous access router (PAR) by using information included in the Layer 2 trigger message and information on an IP address of the NAR and a new Care of Address (NCoA) to be used when moving to the NAR; and performs registration with a Home Agent (HA) of the mobile node and sending binding update to an associated correspondence node by using the NCoA when a Layer 2 handover is occurred. With this configuration, the present invention provides a handover method automatically creating an address using a MAC (Medical access control) address in the mobile IPv6 (Internet Protocol version 6).
Abstract:
A method and system is disclosed that can support communications among devices contained in different piconets in a high-speed Wireless Personal Area Network. The high-speed WPAN includes a parent piconet, a newly designated child piconet using time slots allocated among devices in the parent piconet, and a bridge device which is located in the child piconet, that broadcasts information about the devices of the parent piconet and the child piconet to the devices included in the high-speed WPAN, and operates to perform a data transfer between a device in the child piconet and a device in the parent piconet. A media access control (MAC) frame structure that includes an overall capability field for indicating an overall capability of a specific device, a length field for indicating a length of a frame, and an element identifier (ID) field for identifying respective elements is used by the bridge device to facilitate communications. The overall capability field includes a device capability field for indicating a capability of the specific device, a piconet coordinator capability field for indicating a capability for determining whether the specific device can be a piconet coordinator (PNC), and a bridge capability field for indicating a capability for determining whether the specific device can be the bridge device. Criteria for establishing the bridge device are also disclosed.
Abstract:
The purging of photoresist from a supply device of semiconductor coating equipment is automatically executed in a controlled manner. The equipment employs a plurality of photoresist bottles for storing the same kind of photoresist. A plurality of supply pipes are respectively connected to the photoresist bottles, respectively. A valve system selectively opens and closes the supply pipes in response to control signals generated by a main controller. A dispense pump forces the photoresist in the open supply pipe through a nozzle. A purge start button issues a purge start command signal to the controller when the button is pressed. The controller then controls the valve system and the dispense pump so as to automatically purge the photoresist according to a sequence effected using a timer.
Abstract:
A method for effectively implementing real time multimedia data transmission in an Ethernet network that operates in a CSMA/CD (Carrier Sense Multiple Access/Collision Detect) scheme. Real time data gets priority over general data, and uses an MPCP (Multi-Point Control Protocol) of the IEEE 802.3ah EPON to prevent a collision from occurring in real time data transmission, and also prevents delay time variation. An RT-IFG (Real Time Inter-Frame Gap) is defined for real time data, shorter than an IFG, to give priority to the real time data over general Ethernet data. The MPCP is used for transmission of real time data without collision between the real time data.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a method for providing content using communication with animals and the program and the system therefor, which can analyze information of a pet, such as the pet's action, noise, and surrounding environment, process the information into a message, provide a user with the message, search for content matching the message after analyzing the user's response message, and output and provide the contents for the pet.
