Abstract:
A remote control method of tile display is disclosed for a tile display system, which contains a host computer, several projector modules, and a screen. The images produced by the projector modules are simultaneously displayed on the screen as a single image. The remote control method includes the steps of: obtaining setting parameters of each projector using a control program on the host computer via a network; storing the setting parameters of each projector in a storage module of the host computer; simultaneously generating a projector parameter table for each projector; updating the projector parameter table when the parameters of any projector are modified; generating a control message for the corresponding projector according to the new parameter table; transmitting the control message to the corresponding projector via the network; and converting the control message into one recognizable by the projector in order to make corresponding modifications.
Abstract:
A wireless remote control system and method thereof use a server for real-time controlling a remote monitoring device and a register. When the data retrieved by the remote monitoring device, such as image, voice or text data are abnormal, the register sends an informing message to the server to request a parameter correction so as to keep the data correctness. In order to complete the data retrieving, the register stores the data until a predetermined time is up. Releasing the registered data from the register to the server when the predetermined time is up allows the reduction of mistaken data transmission.

A method for adjusting rotation speed of a driving motor in a disk drive prior to power on of a computer, includes: (i) inputting an external signal into the disk drive; (ii) converting the external signal into a predetermined value in such a manner to replace a default value stored within a memory device by the predetermined value such that the memory device is eventually stored with the predetermined value; and (iii) rotating the driving motor according to the predetermined value.
Abstract:
This invention provides a heat insulating cup sleeve formed by folding a blank and including a first heat insulating sheet having a first holding portion, a first extending portion, and a first fold line and a second heat insulating sheet having a second holding portion, a second extending portion, and a second fold line. The second fold line is connected with the first holding portion, and the first fold line is connected with the second holding portion. The first holding portion and the second holding portion are capable of being folded downward along the second fold line and the first fold line, respectively, to form an opening. When a cup is inserted into the opening, the first holding portion and the second holding portion press against an outer surface of the cup.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of forming graphene. A graphite positive electrode (or positive electrode together with graphite material) wrapped in a semipermeable membrane and a negative electrode are dipped in an acidic electrolyte to conduct an electrolysis process. As such, a first graphene oxide having a size larger than a pore size of the semipermeable membrane is exfoliated from the graphite positive electrode (or the graphite material). The electrolysis process is continuously conducted until a second graphene oxide is exfoliated from the first graphene oxide, wherein the second graphene oxide has a size which is smaller than the pore size of the semipermeable membrane to penetrate through the semipermeable membrane. The second graphene oxide diffused into the acidic electrolyte outside of the semipermeable membrane is collected. Finally, the collected second graphene oxide is chemically reduced to obtain a graphene.
Abstract:
This invention relates to a process for fabricating ZnO nanowires with high aspect ratio at low temperature, which is associated with semiconductor manufacturing process and a gate controlled field emission triode is obtained. The process comprises providing a semiconductor substrate, depositing a dielectric layer and a conducting layer, respectively, on the semiconductor substrate, defining the positions of emitter arrays on the dielectric layer and conducting layer, depositing an ultra thin ZnO film as a seeding layer on the substrate, growing the ZnO nanowires as the emitter arrays by using hydrothermal process, and etching the areas excluding the emitter arrays, then obtaining the gate controlled field emission triode.
Abstract:
A foldable bag, made of a flexible sheet or board like material having a plurality of fold lines, includes a bottom wall, two side walls respectively connected to two opposite sides of the bottom wall, and two connecting walls respectively connected with the side walls and the bottom wall to define a containing space therein. The side wall has a first fold line parallel to the bottom wall and is capable of being folded towards the center of the foldable bag. The connecting wall has two second fold lines respectively extended along the diagonal lines and intersected with each other, and a third fold line parallel to the bottom wall and extended through the intersection point of the two second lines, wherein the ends of the third fold line are connected to the respective ends of the first fold lines, wherein the second fold lines and the third fold lines are capable of being folded toward the center of the foldable bag.
