Gate signal interconnection wires are formed at a corner portion of the substrate outside the display area to transmit gate electrical signals, and provided with gate signal interconnection lines and first and second gate signal interconnection pads connected to both ends of the gate signal interconnection lines. A gate insulating layer, and a protective layer are further formed on the substrate, and provided with first and second contact holes exposing the first and second gate signal interconnection pads. Gate and data signal transmission films are attached to the substrate, and provided with first and second gate signal leads and first and second gate signal wires. The first and second gate signal leads are connected to the first and second gate signal interconnection pads through the first and second contact holes. The first or the second gate signal lead completely covers the first or the second contact hole at least in the longitudinal direction of the lead.
Abstract:
A method for manufacturing an ink-jet printhead having a hemispherical ink chamber, wherein a nozzle plate is formed on a surface of substrate; a heater is formed on the nozzle plate; a manifold for supplying ink; an electrode is formed on the nozzle plate to be electrically connected to the heater; a nozzle is formed by etching the nozzle plate inside the heater; a groove for forming an ink channel is formed to expose the substrate so that the groove extends from the outside of the heater toward the manifold; an ink chamber is formed to have a diameter greater than the diameter of the heater and be hemispherical by etching the substrate exposed by the nozzle; an ink channel is formed to be in flow communication with the ink chamber and the manifold; and the groove is closed by forming a material layer on the nozzle plate.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to novel 6-methylnicotinamide derivatives and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, the process for preparing them, and the pharmaceutical compositions containing said compounds as active ingredients. The 6-methylnicotinamide derivatives of the present invention exhibit their inhibitory activity against the proliferation of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) as well as hepatitis B virus (HBV) and hepatitis C virus (HCV), such that they can be used for hepatitis B, hepatitis C and acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS).
Abstract:
An integrated refrigerator evaporator having a plurality of pipes and fins is manufactured by injection molding with plastics. According to the present invention, pipes and fins are molded by plastic plates, and a heat exchanger is formed by molding the pipes and fins into a series of “S” shapes. A first bending section formed by the heat exchanger, which is molded in a series of “S” shapes, is inserted into a mold main body to manufacture a header cap. A first header cap is manufactured by injected melted plastic material body into the mold main body under the state of covering the mold main body with a mold cap. The first header cap is engaged with a first header main body having a refrigerant inlet and outlet. The refrigerator evaporator according to the present invention results in a relatively lower product cost than the evaporator composed of a metal substance, as well as a high recyclability.
Abstract:
Anti-viral agents of formula (1) have been identified. Their preparation method is described. These 2,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid derivatives or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts are useful in countering the proliferation of viruses such as hepatitis B virus and human immunodeficiency virus.
Abstract:
A motor cooling structure for a turbo compressor is disclosed. The structure includes a refrigerant suction tube communicating with one lateral wall of the sealed container and extended from the evaporator, a first refrigerant flow tube communicating with another lateral wall of the sealed container, with the first refrigerant flow tube communicating with the first compression chamber, a second refrigerant flow tube through which the first compression chamber communicates with the second compression chamber, and a refrigerant discharge tube communicating with the second compression chamber communicating with a condenser, for thereby enhancing a cooling efficiency of the driving motor by directly introducing a low temperature refrigerant from an evaporator into a motor chamber.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems and methods of providing secure remote transaction (SRT) transactions. In some embodiments, upon selection of a checkout element, a user may be identified with respect to a transaction to be completed. A number of accounts may then be identified in relation to that user. Upon selection of a particular account, the user may be authenticated using a facilitator application installed on a mobile computing device that supports authentication for the selected account. In some embodiments, the system may involve the use of a transaction-specific token generated upon receiving an authentication indicator from the facilitator application.
