摘要: A jig for Kelvin Test includes a first probe and a second probe which are arranged in parallel in a socket comprised of insulating material. Probes include a conductive tube and a conductive plunger, contained in at least one end side of the tube, and having a distal end part protruding axially outward from the tube. The tube contains a coil spring adapted to elastically urge the plunger outward. The first probe is used for supplying electric current to a terminal of an electronic component to be tested. The second probe is used for monitoring electric voltage of the terminal. A first cross section of the tube of the first probe which is perpendicular to the axial direction is greater than a second cross section of the tube of the second probe which is perpendicular to the axial direction. The plunger is brought into elastic contact with the terminal.

摘要: In a substrate processing apparatus, a process vessel is configured to accommodate and process a substrate held at a horizontal position. A gas introduction port is installed at a periphery of a first side of the process vessel and configured to introduce gas into the process vessel from a lateral direction of the substrate. A gas exhaust port is installed at a second side of the process vessel which is opposite to the first side, and is configured to exhaust gas inside the process vessel from a lateral direction of the substrate. A slope part is installed between the gas introduction port and the gas exhaust port inside the process vessel, and is configured to guide a flow path of the gas introduced into the process vessel.

摘要: It is intended to support a unique design of a primer. To calculate an indication showing the occurrence frequency of a sequence in a genome sequence, the occurrence frequencies of partial sequences having a definite length in the genome sequences are calculated. Then the occurrence of frequency of each partial sequence of the definite length is stored in an incidence/isolation degree table (16). Concerning each partial sequence of the definite length, a degree of isolation i, which means that j mutation indicating the conversion of j bases (j=

摘要: A location method and system for a mobile communication system having a plurality of zones and a plurality of sectors in each zone. The location method and system locate a zone and sector in a zone where a mobile station is located. In the location system a base station associated with each zone transmits a control channel signal and transmits a sector signal for each sector in the zone. Each control signal of a zone differs from control channel signals of other zones. Each sector signal differs from other sector signal and control channel signals. A mobile station controller associated with each mobile station receives the control channel signals, determines which zone the mobile station is in as a location zone based on the received control channel signals, receives sector signals for sectors within the location zone, and determines which sector of the location zone the mobile station is in as a location sector based on the received sector signals.

摘要: The invention relates to an infrared ray moisture meter which measures moisture of paper using absorption of infrared rays, and in which infrared rays being penetrated and scattered by the paper are sufficiently independent of whether the paper is thin or thick, in which sensitivity is high, in which attenuation of rays is small and error due to misalignment in the XY direction is small. Also, concurrently, in the invention, adverse influence due to quality of the paper is reduced by applying infrared rays which are absorbed by moisture, infrared rays which are absorbed by cellulose, and infrared rays which are not absorbed by moisture or cellulose, and by computing the value of moisture from signals detected from the application of the different infrared rays. In one embodiment a device is provided with a shielding plate having two mirrored surfaces disposed between the paper being measured and a lower one of a pair of reflectors.

摘要: A wireless communication system includes a first wireless station including antenna elements, transmission units corresponding to the antenna elements, and a transmission directivity control unit that controls transmission directivity of the antenna elements, and second wireless stations each including a reception power measurement unit that measures a reception power. The transmission directivity control unit determines the transmission directivity of each of the antenna elements so that a signal does not reach a particular second wireless station among the second wireless stations. The transmission units generate wireless signals using the transmission directivity. The antenna elements transmit the generated wireless signals. The reception power measurement unit measures the reception power in a period that is set so that a signal does not reach the particular second wireless station by using the directivity, and detect the presence or absence of interference caused by the low accuracy of channel information.
