    摘要: The present invention provides an electrolyte membrane formed of an ion conductive composition. Said composition contains a liquid crystalline polymer having an ionic dissociative group. Molecular chains of the liquid crystalline polymer are orientated in a specific direction. The degree of orientation α of the liquid crystalline polymer is in a range of 0.45 or more and less than 1, as defined by equation (1) as follows, Degree of orientation α=(180−Δβ)/180  (1), wherein Δβ is a full width at half maximum of a peak in an X-ray diffraction intensity distribution pattern obtained by measuring an intensity distribution from 0 to 360 degrees in the azimuthal angle direction, at a peak scattering angle, in an X-ray diffraction image of the electrolyte membrane. Ionic conductivity in a thickness direction of the membrane is higher than the ionic conductivity in a direction parallel to a surface of the membrane. The present invention also provides a method for manufacturing an electrolyte membrane formed of an ion conductive composition.

    摘要: Satisfactory anti-blocking property of powder toner can be realized, while avoiding increase in softening temperature of the powder toner, by coating the surface of a low melting point powder toner with a thermosetting resin. This leads to the realization of toner fixing at lower temperatures and is particularly effective when using a urea resin as the thermosetting resin or employing polymerized toner as the powder toner. Use of the surface-coated powder toner with a low softening temperature and less blocking tendency makes possible reduction of thermal energy and time required for fusing, thereby realizing energy-saving and high-speed fusing process.

    摘要: There are provided a control system and method and an engine control unit for an internal combustion engine, which are capable of determining an amount of fuel to be injected during a two-stage fuel injection combustion mode and a duration period of this mode such that stable combustion and smooth transition between combustion and smooth transition between combustion modes are ensured. The control system includes an ECU and a crank angle sensor.     摘要: A neon lamp including a sealed glass bulb, electrodes and leads connected to the electrodes has a flat head whose center region descends into the interior of the sealed glass bulb. A method of producing the neon lamp includes steps of charging neon gas into a glass tube through a fine glass tube at the head of the glass tube, sealing the fine glass tube to obtain a sealed glass bulb having a projecting tip portion, removing excess glass of the projecting tip portion, and shaping the projecting tip portion into a substantially flat or lenticular head portion. A system for producing the neon lamp includes a shaping head for accommodating the sealed glass bulb with its projecting tip portion exposed outside the shaping head, heating means for melting the projecting tip portion, a projecting tip cutter for removing excess glass of the projecting tip portion, and a head presser for shaping the projecting tip portion into a substantially flat or lenticular shape.
