    摘要: A projection display device includes a first display panel (23a), a second display panel (23b), a PBS (Polarization Beam Splitter) (22) with a first surface (22a) and a second surface (22b) opposite each other, a light recycling device (25a, 25b and 23b), and a projection lens (24). The PBS (22) transmits a first type parallel polarized light and reflects a second type parallel polarized light. The light recycling device (25a, 25b and 23b) transforms the first type parallel polarized light transmitted by the PBS (22) into the second type parallel polarized light which carries a second image information, then reversely transmits the second type parallel polarized light to the second surface (22b) of the PBS (22).The projection display device improves the light utilization efficiency and can be used for 3D display.

    摘要: Apparatus and Method for parallel digital picture encoding are disclosed. A digital picture is partitioned into two or more vertical sections. An encoder unit is selected to serve as a master and one or more encoder units are selected to serve as slaves. The total number of encoder units used equals the number of vertical sections. A mode search is performed on the two or more vertical sections on a row-by-row basis. Entropy coding is performed on the two or more vertical sections on a row-by-row basis. The entropy coding of each vertical section is performed in parallel such that each encoder unit performs entropy coding on its respective vertical section. De-blocking is performed on the two or more vertical sections in parallel on a row-by-row basis.

The method includes: receiving a UE handover request sent by a before-handover UE, wherein the UE handover request carries an identifier of an after-handover UE and indication parameters for sending a message; and sending the message to the after-handover UE according to the identifier of the after-handover UE and the indication parameters for sending the message. The embodiments of the present invention are applied to handover between UEs in the process of sending a message.

At least one user in touch with the first user is obtained as a second user. A transfer notification is sent to the second user. Therefore, by using the method for notifying contacts of address book transfer, the contacts in touch with a transferred user can receive a corresponding notification. Therefore, the two parties can update contact data in time and use rich functions provided by a Converged Address Book (CAB) after the transfer.

    摘要: The present invention provides a novel ESD structure for protecting an integrated circuit (IC) from ESD damage and a method of fabricating the ESD structure on a semiconductor substrate. The ESD structure of the present invention has lower trigger voltage and lower capacitance, and takes smaller substrate area than prior art ESD structures. The low trigger voltage is provided by a small N+P diode or a P+N diode which has a PN junction with a much lower breakdown voltage than a PN junction between a N+ (or P+) source/drain region and a P-well (or N-well). All of the diffusion regions in the ESD device of the present invention can be formed using ordinary process steps for fabricating the MOS devices in the IC and does not require extra masking steps in addition to those required to fabricate the IC.
