Abstract:
A television on a chip (TVOC) system that provides a cost effective approach for providing television functionality on a single integrated circuit chip is disclosed. A TVOC includes the functionality necessary to receive and display television signals in a variety of input and output formats. A TVOC can be used in set-top boxes for cable and satellite television, or directly within a television. All functionality provided can be provided on a single integrated circuit. TVOC includes a data transport module, an IF demodulator, a digital audio engine, an analog audio engine, a digital video engine, and an analog video engine. The TVOC also includes three sets of interfaces including output interfaces, control interfaces and ancillary interfaces. Further features and embodiments provide enhanced functionality and increased efficiencies.
Abstract:
A wheeled walker brake lever mounting structure is constructed to include a mounting base frame fixedly fasten ed to one handlebar of a wheeled walker, a brake cable inserted through the mounting base frame and connected to a brake assembly at rear wheels of the wheeled walker, a brake lever pivoted to the mounting base frame for turning by hand in either of two reversed directions to pull the brake cable and to further stop the wheeled walker, and an auxiliary control block coupled to one side of the mounting base frame for turning with the hand to move the brake lever upwards or downwards and to achieve a braking action.
Abstract:
A transmission mechanism used in a spring winding machine is constructed to include a rotary table, the rotary table having an eccentric main shaft protruded over first and second sides thereof. A wire feeding box having an intermediate gear, a transfer cylinder set formed of a wire-transfer cylinder and an impression cylinder adapted for transferring a spring wire for processing, a spur gear coaxially connected to the wire-transfer cylinder and meshed with the intermediate gear, a first bevel gear fixedly mounted on the other end of the main shaft, a second bevel gear coaxially connected to the intermediate gear, a wire feeding motor installed in the first side of the rotary table and adapted for rotating the driven gear and the main shaft, and a reversible wire winding motor adapted for rotating the rotary table clockwise/counter-clockwise through 180° through a transmission belt.
Abstract:
A golf bag having a foldaway chair coupled to a bottom cuff thereof, the foldaway chair having two mounting plates fixedly mounted on the bottom cuff at two opposite lateral sides, a first -shaped leg having two bottom ends respectively coupled to the mounting plates by a slip joint, and a second -shaped leg pivoted to the first -shaped leg by pivot means, and a flexible seat connected between the first -shaped leg and the second -shaped leg at a top side.
Abstract:
A CMOS semiconductor device is formed having an N-channel transistor comprising a graded junction with reduced junction capacitance. The graded junction is achieved by forming a second sidewall spacer on the gate electrode, after source/drain implantations, and ion-implanting an N-type impurity with high diffusivity, e.g., P into an A.sub.5 implant, followed by activation annealing.
Abstract:
An auxiliary wheel holder includes a base frame secured to the main rod member of a golf cart at the bottom to hold a wheel axle and a pair of auxiliary wheels at two opposite ends of the wheel axle, enabling the golf cart to be moved on the ground when the golf cart is extended out, a locating plate fastened to two upright screw rods of the base frame by lock nuts and closely attached to the main rod member of the golf cart at the top to secure the base frame to the main rod member of the golf cart, and two beveled packing blocks respectively mounted on the upright screw rods of the base frame and engaged between the base frame and the bottom side wall of the main rod member of the golf cart to fix base frame in position.
Abstract:
A spring producing device comprises a main body, a first axle, a second axle, a spindle and a motor. The first axle is arranged on the main body and has a plurality of bumps, the spindle has at least one bump, and the motor is connected to the second axle such that the motor can drive the spindle through the second axle. The rotation angle of the spindle can be precisely controlled and the yield is enhanced with little manual labor.
Abstract:
A club rack and golf bag arrangement includes a golf bag having expansible peripheral wall portions, a fixed club rack fixedly fastened to the golf bag on the inside at the top, and a movable club rack pivoted to the fixed club rack and moved between a closed position where the movable club rack is closed attached to the fixed club rack, and an extended position where the movable club rack is extended outwards from the fixed club rack and the expansible peripheral wall portions of the golf bag are expanded for easy loading/unloading of golf clubs.
Abstract:
A wheel mounting arrangement includes a holder plate connected to the frame of a golf cart, a wheel axle holding a wheel and having a rectangular coupling block at one end fitted into a rectangular coupling block of the wheel axle has a locating groove; a press knob is slidably mounted in a transverse hole on the holder plate and supported on a spring, the press knob having a springy hook hooked in the locating groove on the rectangular coupling block of the wheel axle to stop it from axial movement, the springy hook being disengaged from the locating groove when the press knob is depressed, enabling the wheel axle to disconnected from the holder plate.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for using weighted random patterns in a partial scan test. A computer generates deterministic patterns on the partial scan design. Deterministic patterns that have the same number of capture clocks between adjacent scan loads are grouped together into pattern groups. A computer then determines a set of weights corresponding to each of the pattern groups. A tester then uses these weights as a filter to weighted random test patterns and applies these filtered weighted random test patterns along with the appropriate number of capture clock pulses to a device under test.
