摘要： The conveyor pan according to the present invention has a framework construction (1) having the bottom run (2) and an interchangeably constructed exchangeable tray (4) forming the top run (3), which can be lifted out, vertically supported on the framework (1). The framework construction (1) of the conveyor pan (50) has two roiled U-profiles forming the side walls of the conveyor pan, each of which has a vertically extending intermediate arm (11), an upper, outwards facing flange arm (12) and, lower outwards facing flange arm (13). The identically constructed but mirror imaged iron U-profiles (10), i.e. with the flange arms (12), (13) arranged facing away from each other, are joined firmly to each other by means of welded on plate strips (5A, 5B) at about half height on the inner wall (14) of the intermediate arm (11), whereby the plate strips (5A, 5B) leave an opening (6) inside the conveyor pan (50), which, with the exchangeable tray (4) removed, can serve as an inspection opening for the scraper chain, not shown, circulating in the bottom run (2) and equipped with scrapers. In the free space between the flange arms (12, 13) toggle pockets are welded in with a positive engagement, which additionally stiffen the iron U-profiles and the plate strips (5A, 5B) are supported by means of bottom run rails (20) on a continuous base plate (7) welded on beneath the iron U-profile (10).

摘要： The invention relates to a sprocket wheel for underground mining, especially for chain-driven chain scraper conveyors, with a first ring 2 of first tooth elements 5 distributed uniformly about the circumference of the sprocket wheel body 1, at least one second ring 3 or 4, disposed axially offset to the first ring 2, having further tooth elements 6 or 7, distributed uniformly about the circumference. The flanks of the tooth elements that face one another are provided with pockets 13, that serve as contact surfaces for the horizontal chain links 9. In order to increase the service life of the sprocket wheel, the contact surfaces in the pockets 13 of each tooth element 5, 6, 7 comprise a wear inlay 20 of wear-resistant material.

摘要： The guide shoe according to the invention for cutting machines with a pintype drive has an insertion pocket in which a coupling piece engages from above, which coupling piece is arranged on a guide arm of the cutting machine and to which the guide shoe is attached so as to be pivotable by means of a transverse bolt which passes through the insertion pocket. In order also to allow the guide shoe to be pivotable about a vertical axis, the coupling piece is provided with an upright vertical journal which engages from below in a corresponding bearing hole on the guide arm. In this case, in a preferred embodiment, the bearing journal is decoupled from transverse forces which are transmitted between the guide arm and the guide shoe via a transverse-force piece arranged on the coupling piece.

摘要： A plough drive employs a plough box mounted face to face on a side plate or intermediate plate of a machine frame of a scraper-chain conveyor. A rotatable chain wheel is disposed in the box for driving a chain coupled to the plough. A chain stripper seats in a pocket in the box and is locked therein. The stripper can be withdrawn laterally from the pocket. The stripper is connected to an adjustable annular collar on the casing of a gearing unit which drives the chain wheel and is detachably secured to the side of the box remote from the frame. The gearing unit and stripper can thus be withdrawn together laterally from the box and the chain wheel can likewise be withdrawn laterally via an aperture in the side of the box remote from the frame.

摘要： Apparatus for controlling the position of a mineral mining machine, such as a coal plough, guided for movement back and forth along a guide employs inclined piston and cylinder units coupled via ball-and-socket joints to brackets on a conveyor supporting the guide and to connectors which are pivotably connected to the conveyor. Assemblies have parallel elongate beams which are guided on roof supports and linked to the connectors. Each connector is of multi-part construction with a main skid resting on the floor of the working and connected to the conveyor and to the associated beams. A further complementary component fits onto the main skid and the parts of the connector have curved recesses which combine to form a socket for receiving a ball of the associated unit.

摘要： A floor cutter bit for a coal plough has a cutter body which supports a floor cutter plate and a coal-face cutter plate. The two cutter plates are made of hard metal, and have respective cutting edges. The cutter plates are soldered into respective apertures in the cutter body. The cutting edge of the floor cutter plate extends the entire length of the floor cutter plate, and the floor cutter plate extends over the entire width of the cutter body. The base of the coal-face cutter plate adjoins the upper side of the floor cutter plate thereby defining an L-shaped cutter plate configuration. The depth of the floor cutter plate, at least in the region where the two cutter plates meets, is greater than about 15 millimeters.

摘要： A coupling device for connecting a mineral mining machine, such as a plough, to a drive chain. The coupling device is intended to locate within a channel inside a slotted guide containing the drive chain. The device is composed of coaxial tubular members secured together axially. The inner tubular member supports a swivel-mounted shackle connecting with the chain and a rigidly-mounted shackle connecting with the machine. One or both tubular members are shaped or relieved at the end nearest the swivel shackle to provide a cleaning nose which forces dust or the like from the channel as the chain draws the machine along the guide. A lateral projection on the outer tubular member engages in the slot and co-operates with the nose to guide the material away through the slot.

The body supports various cutting tool carriers which are adjustable with the aid of hydraulic piston and cylinder units. Fluid is supplied to these units by means of a flexible composite line which also conveys control signals remotely initiated for selecting the units to be charged with fluid to effect the adjustment desired.
