摘要: A method and apparatus for obtaining accessibility information in content of a rich internet application. The method for obtaining accessibility information includes executing an object of the content displayed on a display screen, estimating a role of the object using reference model information prepared beforehand concerning a plurality of objects, and outputting the estimated role of the object as the accessibility information. Therefore, even when the object does not have accessibility information, the accessibility information can be obtained based on the output during the execution and the internal state. In this way, it is possible for a visually impaired user to operate rich internet applications that are created by Dynamic HTML and Flash™.

摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition includes a thermoplastic resin (A) and a reactive functional group-containing resin (B), which has a specific structure in the morphology of the resin composition observed by transmission electron microscopy tomography, and the relaxation time T1C of each carbon nucleus by the solid NMR measurement of the thermoplastic resin composition containing a polyamide resin is kept in a specific range. The composition is excellent in the balance between contradictory properties such as impact resistance and heat resistance, remarkably exhibits a peculiar viscoelastic behavior not observed in the conventional polymeric materials, and is remarkably excellent in impact energy absorbing performance and vibration energy absorbing performance at the time of high-speed deformation.

摘要: A wheelchair fixing apparatus (2) according to the present invention includes belts (21) having connecting members (23) which can be attached to and detached from fixing hardware pieces (3) installed on a floor and winding devices (22) for winding up and accommodating the belts (21) and the winding devices (22) are disposed on the wheelchair (1). Therefore, the fixing hardware pieces (3) to which the belts (21) are connected through the connecting members (23) suffice as the floor-side equipment. Moreover, with this apparatus, a user of the wheelchair can perform the fixing operation by himself/herself. Even when a caretaker performs the operation, the burden on the caretaker in performing the operation can be reduced. Furthermore, the apparatus need not be carried by the caretaker, nor need it be ready in advance in a place where the wheelchair (1) is to be fixed.

摘要: A liquid crystal device includes a first substrate and a second substrate disposed in a mutually opposing relationship and liquid crystals sandwiched between the first substrate and the second substrate. When an initial sequence is executed, an alignment state of molecules of the liquid crystals transitions from a splay alignment state to a bend alignment state to thereby perform display or light modulation. The liquid crystal device further includes a plurality of scanning lines and a plurality of data lines formed on the first substrate so as to intersect each other; a pixel circuit including switching elements formed at intersections of the plurality of scanning lines and the plurality of data lines, pixel electrodes connected to the switching elements, and sustain capacitors for temporarily sustaining voltages of the pixel electrodes; opposing electrodes formed on the second substrate opposite the pixel electrodes; a driver capable of driving the scanning lines, the data lines, and the opposing electrodes; and a control unit configured to supply a control signal and an image signal for the display or the light modulation. The initial sequence includes a bend transition nucleus generation sequence and a bend transition expansion sequence. A horizontal electric field is generated by a potentialdifference between the pixel electrodes and the scanning lines during execution of the bend transition nucleus generation sequence. A vertical electric field is generated by a potential difference between the pixel electrodes and the opposing electrodes during execution of the bend transition expansion sequence,

摘要: A device for determining abnormality of a fuel supply system, which is capable of determining abnormality of the fuel supply system including a fuel pressure sensor more accurately. A device for determining abnormality of a fuel supply system that has a fuel pressure sensor for detecting pressure of fuel in an accumulator as detected fuel pressure calculates a predetermined normal-time fuel pressure indicative of pressure fuel in the accumulator which is to be detected when the system is normal, according to a fuel flow rate relationship parameter indicative of a relationship between an inflow fuel amount parameter indicative of an amount of fuel flowing into the accumulator and an outflow fuel amount parameter indicative of an amount of fuel flowing out of the accumulator, and determines abnormality of the fuel supply system based on a result of comparison between the detected fuel pressure and the calculated normal-time fuel pressure.
