摘要: An automatic transmission shift control device which prevents shifting from the "Park" position to any other position unless the ignition key is at the "on" position and the brake pedal is fully depressed. A safety feature is incorporated so as to insure against accidental gear shifting. To shift the control from the "Park" position a control button located on the shift handle is manually pressed. The control button mechanically depresses a linkage rod which in turn moves the shift position pin out of its "Park" locking position. However, the linkage rod cannot move downward unless a bushing which has clearance slots for the position pin is rotated by a solenoid, which is acuated only when the ignition is "on" and the brake pedal is pressed. Also, the bushing surface in proximity to the bushing slots is shaped so as to prevent accidental engagement of the positioning pins.

摘要: A process for producing triterpene alcohol, comprising sequentially conducting the following steps (A) to (C): (A) subjecting γ-oryzanol to alkaline hydrolysis; (B) mixing the alkaline hydrolysate with a low polarity organic solvent, and extracting triterpene alcohol to obtain a triterpene alcohol-containing low polarity organic solvent; and (C) adding water to the triterpene alcohol-containing low polarity organic solvent thus obtained, removing the low polarity organic solvent, and then melting triterpene alcohol in hot water, followed by cooling.

摘要: In order to provide a phosphor for a low-voltage electron beam and a vacuum fluorescent display apparatus in which the phosphor is used, a deposition layer is formed on a surface of a main body of a phosphor shown by the following chemical formula (1), the deposition layer being a plurality of oxide layers sequentially deposited on the surface of the phosphor main body. The phosphor for a low-voltage electron beam contains no cadmium, but has exceptional high-temperature exposure characteristics, as well as prolonged service life and higher brightness. Ca1-xSrxTiO3:Pr,M  (1) where M is at least one element selected from Al, Ga, In, Mg, Zn, Li, Na, K, Gd, Y, La, Cs, and Rb; and 0≦x≦1.
