    摘要: An LC composite component has a unique structure that makes it easy to set frequency characteristics while reducing a circuit area and the number of layers. The LC composite component includes a laminated body including a plurality of dielectric layers. The laminated body is produced by forming input and output electrodes and an LC resonant circuit therein. The LC composite component includes a capacitor, which includes an elongated electrode portion having an elongated shape. The elongated electrode portion faces a flat electrode portion having a flat shape, with one of the dielectric layers interposed therebetween. At the same time, the elongated electrode portion constitutes an open stub that is open at a tip end.

When a relay apparatus (100) receives, from a DNS server, a DNS response packet regarding a domain name of a server which transmits a content, a condition judging section (210) in the relay apparatus (100) judges whether a required bandwidth for the content corresponding to the domain name can be secured in a communication path connecting to another relay apparatus (100). If the condition judging section (210) judges that the required bandwidth cannot be secured, a DNS modifying section (250) in the relay apparatus (100) rewrites a reply IP address included in the DNS response packet to an IP address of the relay apparatus (100).
