摘要: A semiconductor device designing method includes calculating capacitance. The semiconductor device has a semiconductor substrate, an insulator formed on the semiconductor substrate, and an electrode formed on the insulator. The capacitance is calculated under an approximation assuming a portion of the semiconductor substrate, the insulator and a portion of the electrode to be one of a conductor and a dielectric depending on electric characteristics thereof, respectively.

A planer knife basically includes a base 12 formed of a steel, and cutting blades 14, 14 to be laser-welded along both lengthwise end edge portions 12a, 12b in a lengthwise direction of the base 12. A recess 22 engageable with a to-be-engaged portion 24a of a base supporting section 24 of a fixing jig 20 is provided at a back side 18 of the base 12. In the process of manufacturing the planer knife, with the base 12 engaged with the to-be-engaged portion 24a, the base 12 is fixed onto the base supporting section 22, and is held and fixed in a pressed state by a first base fixing tool 36. The cutting blade 14 is fixed in abutment on the lengthwise end edge portion 12a via a cutting blade fixing tool 46. Then, mainly the base 12 is laser-welded at a contact portion between the lengthwise end edge portion 12a and the cutting blade 14, thereby attaching the cutting blade 14 to the base 12.

摘要: An excavation support database 40 includes a display table 47 and a display specifics table 48, which serve as storage means dedicated for display. The state of a working region per mesh is stored in the display table 47, and a discriminative display method (display color) is stored in the display specifics table 48 corresponding to the state per mesh. Reference is made to the display specifics table 48 on the basis of the state (height) per mesh, which is stored in the display table 47, to read the corresponding display color from the display specifics table 48, thereby displaying the state of the working region in a color-coded manner. Operation support and management realized with this system can easily be employed in different types of working machines in common and can inexpensively be performed with ease.

摘要: An outboard motor has an internal combustion engine with a carburetor. The carburetor is designed to extend maintenance interval greatly by preventing or suppressing the deposition of solid matters in the gap between the intake passage and a butterfly-type throttle valve therein. The throttle valve is divided, by a valve axis about which the throttle valve turns, into a first valve part that turns from the downstream side to the upstream side with respect to an air intake direction when the fully closed throttle valve is opened and a second valve part that turns from the upstream side to the downstream side with respect to the air intake direction when the fully closed throttle valve is opened. The first valve part has an edge that moves to the upstream side past bypass ports when the fully closed throttle valve is opened, and the second valve part is provided with a through hole that allows air to flow therethrough at a flow rate necessary for idling when the throttle valve is fully closed.

摘要: The objective of the invention is to automatically and dynamically change the slew rate corresponding to the change rate and amplitude of the input signal. In this operational amplifier, when voltage (Vin) of the input signal is high, or when it changes drastically, at the time the voltage difference between the input signal and the output signal (Vout−Vin) exceeds prescribed value (VF), in constant current circuit (12), switch controller (22) turns ON switch (20). As a result, operation current amplifier (16) operates, and current (IE) of constant current source (14) is amplified with a positive feedback loop. By means of positive feedback amplification of the current (IE), slew rate (SR) rises drastically from the reference value that has been adopted, and output voltage (Vout) immediately follows input voltage (Vin). Then, when the voltage difference between the input signal and the output signal (Vout−Vin) falls to within prescribed value (VF), switch controller (22) turns OFF switch (20), and the amplification function of operation current amplifier (16) stops.
