摘要: A rotation angle detector includes a stator core (2) comprised of a plurality of core sheets (4) each having plural core members (4a) each including a tooth and a yoke portion (5a, . . . , 5h, 4b) disposed in a strip-like array with adjacent core members being coupled to one another by coupling means (4d) at yoke end portion. The core member is laminated. The stator core is shaped into an annular form by bending the core members at coupled portions so that the tooth portions extend centrally while capable of extending substantially linearly upon expansion thereof. An exciting winding (8) and output windings (9, 10) of n phases are wound on the tooth portions. A rotor core (3) is disposed rotatably relative to the stator core such that gap permeance between the rotor core and the tooth portions changes sinusoidally as a function of the rotation angle.

摘要: A rotary electric machine of the present invention includes a yoke, a multi-polar magnetic field portion composed of 4 poles fixed to the inner wall of the yoke, a shaft disposed within the yoke so as to be able to rotate freely, an armature fixed to the shaft having a winding composed of a conductor wire wound by double wave winding into an even number of slots formed on the outer circumferential surface of a core so as to extend in the axial direction thereof, a commutator comprising a plurality of segments fixed to an end portion of the shaft, and a plurality of brushes contacting the surface of the commutator. With this arrangement, there can be obtained a rotary electric machine capable of reducing operation noise.

摘要: A motor for an electric power steering assembly comprises permanent magnets constituting four or more poles secured to the inner wall of a yoke, a shaft disposed inside the yoke so as to be able to rotate freely, an armature secured to the shaft having a winding composed of wiring wound by a lap winding method into slots formed on the outer circumferential surface of a core so as to extend in the axial direction thereof, a commutator comprising a plurality of commutator segments secured to an end portion of the shaft, brushes disposed singly on the positive side and the negative side of the commutator so as to contact the surface thereof; and equalizing connectors connecting commutator segments which should have the same electric potential to each other.

摘要: A stator of an AC generator according to the present invention has a stator core which is formed in a ring shape having tooth portions protecting inside said ring shape and forming slots. The width of the slot formed in a stator core is designed in such a manner that, with respect to the depth direction thereof, each inner half section of the slot is a tapered shape having a larger bottom width, and each outer half section of the opening-side of the slot has a constant width between parallel edges, so as to allow a stator coil to be inserted easily between the tooth portions.

摘要: The armature of an engine starter direct current (d.c.) motor comprises a rotary shaft, an aluminum armature coil. The commutator a commutator disposed on the rotary shaft and has a plurality of copper commutator segments each including a main body portion having a sliding contact surface and a connecting portion having an aluminum connecting surface. The aluminum armature coil is electrically and mechanically connected to each of the aluminum connecting surfaces of the commutator segments to form an electrical and mechanical connection therebetween. The electrical and mechanical connection between the aluminum connecting surface and the armature coil is coated with an electrically insulating resin.

摘要: A method of forming an armature core for an electric rotating machine is disclosed. The band-shaped metal sheet for forming a core sheet has a multiplicity of grooves formed along a longitudinal edge which defines the inner peripheral edge of a core sheet when the metal sheet is formed into an annular shape. The metal sheet is wound around a mandrel having projections thereon so that the grooves engage with the projections, respectively. Then, the grooves which open at the inner edge of the disk are deformed so as to be closed, for example, by ironing the inner peripheral edge of the disk. Thus, the inner surface of the core sheet for press-fitting an armature rotary shaft is formed into a continuous surface with no groove opening present therein. Accordingly, when the armature rotary shaft is press-fitted into the shaft, the core sheet contacts the shaft around the complete inner circumference of the bore, thus ensuring firm press-fitting of the shaft.

摘要: An improved movable stand has a parallel crank arm assembly which includes a pair of parallel arm members and first and second brackets positioned at opposite ends of said arms. Each of the parallel arm members is pivoted at its ends to their adjacent brackets to thereby define a parallel crank. 摘要: An electro-hydraulic power steering apparatus in which a control device, a motor and a pump are integrated. The apparatus includes a first housing, a second housing, a control device surrounded by the first and second housings, a motor disposed on a side of the first housing and a pump disposed on a side of the second housing. The motor includes a rotor, a stator and a frame. The rotor has a first bearing supported by the first housing. The frame includes an inner circumferential face into which a stator core is press fitted and receives a second bearing of the rotor. The frame is secured to the first housing by a first clamp screw. The first housing and the second housing are secured by a second clamp screw. The first and second clamp screws are tightened from the hand of the frame.
