    摘要: Systems and methods for identifying defective pixels and adjusting an input to control display of the defective pixels may improve the quality of the image viewed on a flat panel display including one or more defective pixels. The screen position of each defective pixel is identified and stored. Adjustment information is also stored for each defective pixel. The adjustment information is used to modify a stored color value for each defective pixel or to disable one or more color components of each defective pixel prior to displaying an image on a flat panel display device including the defective pixels.

    摘要: An air/fuel ratio correction cylinder determining section 25 specifies, based on the peak phase, a cylinder for which an air/fuel ratio is to be corrected. A cylinder-specific air/fuel ratio correcting section in the form of respective cylinder correcting sections 31 through 34 corrects an amount of fuel to be supplied to a cylinder which becomes an air/fuel ratio correction target. A cylinder for which an air/fuel ratio deviates from the remaining cylinders is specified as a fuel amount correction target based on a change in the output value of the air/fuel ratio sensor.

    摘要: Several new 10-formyl and 10-hydroxymethyl derivatives of 5,8,10-trideazapteroic acid are provided, as well as procedures for their preparation. These compounds were shown to be powerful inhibitors of glycinamide ribonucleotide formyltransferase (GARFT), an enzyme that mediates the de novo biosynthesis of purine nucleotides that are required for DNA synthesis and cell division. Due to their ability to interfere with nucleotide biosynthesis and to penetrate microbial cells they are potential anti-microbial agents and are useful for the treatment of opportunistic infections in AIDS and other infections caused by micro-organisms that are resistant to conventional anti-bacterial and anti-fungal agents.

    摘要: A luggage cart includes a supporting tray and a latching mechanism. The latching mechanism includes a top seat, a fastening member, an actuating member, a bottom seat fixed to the supporting tray, and a latch bolt. The fastening member has a flange cap portion adapted for securing to a luggage container, and a shaft portion formed with a first locking part. The latch bolt is mounted to the bottom seat and is slidingly engaged with the actuating member. The actuating member is movable to move the latch bolt from a locking position, where the latch bolt engages the first locking part of the fastening member, to an unlocked position, where the latch bolt is disengaged from the first locking part to permit removal of the fastening member.
