Abstract:
A master evolved Node-B (MeNB) connects to a user terminal together with a secondary evolved Node-B (SeNB) in a dual connectivity scheme. The MeNB includes: transmitter configured to transmit a message to the SeNB via an X2 interface. The message is an SeNB addition request message or an SeNB modification request message. The message includes identification information of a serving gateway connected with the MeNB via an S1 interface. The identification information includes an S1 tunnel endpoint ID (S1-TEID) of the serving gateway or an internet protocol (IP) address of the serving gateway.
Abstract:
A user terminal according to the present invention is a user terminal in a mobile communication system that supports D2D communication that is direct device-to-device communication. The user terminal comprises: a receiver configured to receive, from a network device, D2D terminal information on another user terminal located around the user terminal, the network apparatus managing a location of the another user terminal that distributes information by the D2D communication; and a controller configured to perform control for discovering the another user terminal, on the basis of the D2D terminal information.
Abstract:
A communication control method is a method for performing an offload from a cellular RAN to a wireless LAN. The communication control method includes the steps of: transmitting a list which contains identifiers of wireless LAN access points included in the wireless LAN, by a cellular base station included in the cellular RAN; receiving the list, by a user terminal which has a cellular communication unit and a wireless LAN communication unit; and performing an operation related to the offload after detecting that the user terminal approaches a wireless LAN access point on the basis of the list, by the user terminal which exists in a cell of the cellular base station.
Abstract:
A mobile communication system performs downlink multi-antenna transmission by applying a precoder matrix that defines transmission directionality of downlink and a rank that defines number of signal sequences of the downlink. The mobile communication system comprises a user terminal that feeds back feedback information of a target frequency band, to a base station. The feedback information includes combinations of precoder matrix information indicating the precoder matrix and rank information indicating the rank.
Abstract:
A communication control method according to a first aspect is a method in a mobile communication system for supporting dual connectivity communication using a master base station for establishing RRC connection with a user terminal and a secondary base station for providing additional radio resources to the user terminal. The communication control method comprises: an inter-master base station handover procedure for performing handover of the user terminal from a source master base station to a target master base station without changing the secondary base station.
Abstract:
A mobile communication system, which supports D2D communication that is direct device to device communication, comprises: a user terminal that transmits a discovery signal that is used for discovering a communication partner terminal in the D2D communication, wherein the user terminal transmits the discovery signal when the user terminal accepts start of communication and the user terminal has difficulty to establish a connection with a base station.
Abstract:
A mobile communication system comprises: a base station, a first user terminal that establishes a connection with the base station, and a second user terminal that performs communication with the first user terminal via the base station, the mobile communication system supporting D2D communication that is direct device to device communication, wherein when it is determined that the D2D communication by the first user terminal and the second user terminal is possible, the base station transmits, to the first user terminal, an instruction for having a signal for discovery transmitted, the signal for discovery being used in discovery of a communication partner terminal in the D2D communication.
