摘要: In a hydraulic joint structure for joining respective tubular joint portions of two members, opposed pressure-contact surfaces of the two members for preventing loosening form a downstream space on the downstream side of a seal member. A passage is formed on the pressure-contact surfaces in such a manner that when working fluid leaks from the upstream side of the seal member to the downstream space via a clearance between the seal member and the tubular joint portions, the passage permits the working fluid to flow from the downstream space to an external space in the state in which the pressure-contact surfaces are in pressure contact. The passage is formed in such a manner that the passage extends in a circumferential direction of the thread portions, and communicates at one end with the downstream space and at the other end with the external space.

摘要: A malfunction detection device of a bellows type accumulator for pressurized fluid includes malfunction judgment unit for judging a malfunction of the bellows type accumulator on the basis of a detection output of the pressure sensor. The malfunction judgement unit judges that the malfunction of the seal member generates when the difference between a peak pressure value appeared before a predetermined time is past after the starting of the pressure increase from a value below a predetermined value in the inlet and outlet port and a stable fluid pressure appeared after the appearance of the peak pressure value is not within a predetermined range and/or when the peak pressure value does not appear before the progress of the predetermined time.

摘要: The present invention provides a fuel cell separator which is capable of maintaining a low and stable contact resistance at a state of an oxidizing water vapor atmosphere for a long time. The separator 20 has a separator base 22 facing electrodes 14, 16, and there are a plurality of projections 24 on a surface of the separator base 22. AS the projections 24, a Sn—Bi alloy, a Sn—Bi alloy containing Ag or the like are preferable. The separator is produced by adhering a molten bath 32, composed of a Sn alloy, to the separator base 22, then pressing a die 34 with numerous small-holes 34a against the molten bath 32, and then pouring the molten bath 32 into a cavity formed by the base 22 and small-holes 34a.

摘要: A joint connector easy to construct and involving less fabricating cost. The joint connector comprises a housing 3 for accommodating a plurality of connecting terminals 2 in a rear-side portion thereof, a bus bar 6 formed out of an electrically conductive metal plate and accommodated in the housing 3 for jointing any individual ones of the connecting terminals 2, a bus bar holder 7 for holding the bus bar 6, and a front cover 9 mounted to the housing 3 in such a way as to cover the bus bar holder 7. The bus bar holder 7 has a plurality of holes to be used for cutting the bus bar 6 to form an arbitrary circuit. The bus bar holder 7 and the bus bar 6 is mounted in the housing 3 so as to be movable in relation to the housing 3 in a direction orthogonal to the direction of the connecting terminals 2 being housed. When the front cover 9 is set in the housing 3, it causes the bus bar holder 7 to be moved and the bus bar 6 to be jointed with connecting terminals 2.

摘要: A heat development device for thermally developing a latent image formed on a sheet includes a sheet guide means in the form of a plate and a heating means for heating the sheet guide means. The heating means has a width more than a width of the sheet guide means and has both ends in a width direction each of which extends outwardly from a corresponding end of the sheet guide means. The heating means may preferably be divided into at least three portions which are controllable independently. The heat development device may preferably further includes a sheet pressing means for pressing the sheet against the sheet guide means. The heat development device is effective in improving a thermal distribution of the sheet guide means to provide an image having a uniform image density formed on the sheet when used in an image recording apparatus.
