    摘要: A method of forming transistors with close proximity stressors to channel regions of the transistors is provided. The method includes forming a first transistor, in a first region of a substrate, having a gate stack on top of the first region of the substrate and a set of spacers adjacent to sidewalls of the gate stack, the first region including a source and drain region of the first transistor; forming a second transistor, in a second region of the substrate, having a gate stack on top of the second region of the substrate and a set of spacers adjacent to sidewalls of the gate stack, the second region including a source and drain region of the second transistor; covering the first transistor with a photo-resist mask without covering the second transistor; creating recesses in the source and drain regions of the second transistor; and forming stressors in the recesses.

The lower chassis receiver assembly can have a detachable chassis base that substantially selectively attaches to the chassis receiver interface. The detachable chassis base can be completely removable, or it can be hingedly attached to provide access without completely removing the chassis base, or a combination thereof. Multiple combinations of parts included in the detachable chassis base are possible. Several variations and combinations are illustrated herein, although others are contemplated.

In general, information located at one or more networked addresses may be displayed to a user in two or more frames. The content of a frame may be searched by designating one frame as a default search frame. Such a designation may be made according to a tag or other criteria, such as attributes of the frame itself or historical information pertaining to a previous search of one of the active frames. In any case, the designation of a default search frame eliminates the need for explicit selection by the user prior to a search.

    摘要: A tire has a curved tire surface and a nano-scale structure disposed on a portion of the curved tire surface. A contact patch on the curved tire surface contacts a contact surface as the tire rolls along the contact surface. The nano-scale structure has a base and a tip. The base is connected to the portion of the curved tire surface. The tip is disposed opposite the base. When the portion of the curved tire surface with the nano-scale structure is positioned away from the contact patch, the nano-scale structure is in a relaxed position. When the portion of the curved tire surface is rotated into the contact patch, the nano-scale structure is engaged with the contact surface. When the portion of the curved tire surface is rotated through the contact patch, the nano-scale structure is adhesively anchored to the contact surface with the nano-scale structure undergoing tension and compression. When the portion of the curved tire surface is rotated through the contact patch to leave the contact patch, the nano-scale structure is released from the contact surface as an angle between the base and tip surpasses a release angle for the nano-scale structure.
