摘要: A system, method, apparatus and program which enables the automation of the carrying of a lot or lots of special purpose wafers between stockers and to achieve high speed processing while suppressing an increase in storage volume. The carrying control system includes stockers for storing therein special purpose lot or lots comprising wafers which will not be processed in production facilities, or said special purpose lot or lots and usual lot or lots comprising wafers which will be processed by production facilities and a carrying host computer for controlling automatic carrying of lot or lots in carrying facilities. The carrying host computer receives a report of receipt of the special purpose lot(s) by one of stockers transmitted from the one of the stockers when the special purpose lot(s) is received by said one of the stocker in said carrying pattern, for initiating a timer and for assuming that processing of the special purpose lot(s) stored in said stocker is completed when a result of count in the timer shows lapse of a predetermined period of time, for determining a next stocker to which the special purpose lot is to be carried next in accordance with a carrying pattern corresponding to the special purpose lot(s) stored in the storage unit, and for sending to the one of the stockers which stores the special purpose lots an carrying instruction for carrying special purpose lots to next stocker.

摘要: A motion vector detection circuit includes a registration determining switch which sets a first registration determination mode wherein at an initial field, correlation values are evaluated by a correlator on the basis of integrated color data of a specific detection block being stored in a representative color memory and integrated color data of twenty-five (25) detection blocks being stored in an integrated color memory. A comparison circuit compares the correlation values with a predetermined threshold value, and if a condition that the threshold value is larger than the correlation value is satisfied in each of eighty (80) percents or more detection blocks, the integrated color data stored in the representative color memory is registered as a representative color of an object, and otherwise, no registration is performed. In a second registration determination mode set by the registration determining switch, the correlator evaluates correlation values on the basis of the integrated color data of the specific detection block and integrated color data of four (4) detection block.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a vehicle motion control system for maintaining vehicle stability, even in the case where the vehicle is tilted when the vehicle is in turning motion, wherein a braking force control unit is provided for controlling a braking force applied to each of front and rear wheels of the vehicle. The system includes a tilt detection unit which detects a tilt of a normal axis of the vehicle to its vertical axis, and a turn determination unit which determines a turning condition of the vehicle including a turning direction thereof. A yaw moment control unit is provided for controlling the braking force controlling unit to produce a yaw moment in a direction opposite to the turning direction of the vehicle in response to the tilt detected by the tilt detection unit when the turn determination unit determines that the vehicle is turning.

摘要: The invention is directed to a pressure supply system which has a fluid pump, an electric motor for driving the fluid pump to supply a hydraulic pressure in proportion to a current fed to the motor, and an accumulator for accumulating the hydraulic pressure supplied from the fluid pump. The pressure supply system includes a current detection device which detects the current fed to the motor, and a malfunction detection device which detects a malfunction of the pressure supply system on the basis of the output of the current detection device. The malfunction detection device is adapted to determine that the malfunction occurs when an increasing rate of the current fed to the motor is less than a predetermined rate, preferably after a predetermined time elapsed from the time when the current initially fed to the motor. The pressure supply system may further include such a warning device as a lamp or a buzzer, which will be activated when the malfunction detection device detects the malfunction of the system.
