摘要: A high-speed calculation of power consumption provided to a driver to figure out whether an electric vehicle is able to reach a destination can be implemented. Solution: A system for providing information on power consumption amount of an electric vehicle includes receiving means for receiving a departure point of the electric vehicle and a destination of the electric vehicle from a terminal device; a database which stores a plurality of power consumption amounts required to move between respective two sections, corresponding to a plurality of combinations of two sections, the combinations including a combination of a first section in a predetermined area including the departure point and the destination, and a second section including a second point in the predetermined area; extracting means which retrieves the database to thereby extract a power consumption amount required to travel from the departure point to the destination; and transmitting means for transmitting information on the power consumption amount extracted by the extracting means to the terminal device.

摘要: An application of a client includes a proof data generation device, a command generation device, and a command issuing device. A command and proof data are sent to a server from the application of the client, and a command management device of the server receives them. A proof data verification device verifies the access right of a user to the application on the basis of the proof data, and enables a data storage device to be accessed in accordance with the command, if the verification is successful. The data storage device, used instead of a commonly used hard disk drive, includes a phase change type optical memory or a phase separation type optical memory to execute write once recording. Thus, the access to the data storage device is flexibly controlled.

摘要: The ink composition of the present invention comprises water, colorant and fine particles of a resin containing fluoroolefin units. The fine particles of resin may be preferably fine particles of fluorine-containing vinyl ether resin composed of fluoroolefin units and vinyl ether units represented by the following general formula: ##STR1## wherein X is selected from the group consisting of F, CF.sub.3 and Cl; Y is selected from the group consisting of R.sub.2, R.sub.3 OH and R.sub.4 COOH; R.sub.1 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having from 1 to 18 carbon atoms; R.sub.2 is an alkyl group having from 1 to 18 carbon atoms; R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are alkylene groups having from 1 to 18 carbon atoms respectively, n and m are integers, and the ratio of m to n, m/n, is in the range of 1/99 to 99/1. The ink composition of the present invention is able to record an image of high density and superior water resistance with only a small amount of ink.

摘要: An ink transfer medium, and a method for manufacturing the medium are provided. The ink transfer medium is of the electrically fusible type, and has an anisotropically electrically conductive layer characterized by greater electrical conductivity in the direction normal to the surface of the layer than in a direction parallel to the surface of the layer. Other layers sequentially provided next to each other, include a resistive layer for converting an electrical signal into heat, a conductive layer, an ink separation layer, and a fusible ink layer. Examples are given illustrating the use of the ink transfer medium. The anisotropically electrically conductive layer may be made by anodizing an aluminum cylinder to form an alumina body defining a plurality of through-pores and electrolytically filling the through-pores with a metal such as nickel or cobalt.
