    摘要: There is provided a heat sink having excellent heat dissipation characteristics and mechanical reliability, which is used for motors for electric vehicles, control circuits therefor, internal combustion engines, general power control units, general motors, general semiconductors (CPUs, power modules, etc.), optical semiconductors and various electronic components, etc. The heat sink is configured so that an aluminum alloy layer is formed on at least one side or on both sides of a metallic plate shaped body and fins are formed on the aluminum alloy layer. Because the fins are formed on the aluminum alloy layer provided on the metallic plate shaped body, satisfactory thermal diffusion is effected in the metallic plate shaped body, and the thermal resistance between the metallic plate shaped body and the fin is low, so that the heat radiating effect is high, and the heat sink can be made small. Also, excellent and stable heat dissipation can be achieved for a long period of time.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, an optical disk device includes types of semiconductor laser diodes configured to emit laser light of different wavelengths, an output control circuit configured to control light output of each semiconductor laser diode, and a composite power source configured to generate voltages required for driving the types of semiconductor laser diodes and operating the output control circuit from a single power source voltage and to selectively output the generated voltages. The composite power source includes an input port to input an external control signal at a time of voltage selection and is configured to change the output voltage stepwise in response to the control signal.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide novel pharmaceutical compositions using anti-GRP78 antibodies. More particularly, the present invention provides a novel method of cancer treatment using anti-GRP78 antibodies, novel cell growth inhibitors and anticancer agents that contain anti-GRP78 antibodies, as well as novel anti-GRP78 antibodies. The present inventor prepared antitumor antibodies to target GRP78, the localization of which in cancer cells changed to the cell membrane. The inventor successfully obtained an anti-GRP78 antibody that would bind specifically to the cell surface of cancer cells, leading to the accomplishment of the above-mentioned objects.
