    摘要: Disclosed is a water-proof and dust-proof membrane assembly and applications thereof. The water-proof and dust-proof membrane assembly comprises a body and a supporting member. The body is of membrane and has a first surface, a second surface, and an asymmetric porous structure formed between the first surface and the second surface of the body. The asymmetric porous structure has a thickness ranging between 1 μm and 1000 μm, a first volumetric porosity ranging between 5% and 99%. The asymmetric porous structure has plural pores, and each pore has a pore diameter between 0.01 μm and 15 μm. The supporting member is of a polymeric material and has a first contacting surface, a second contacting surface, and a second volumetric porosity which is greater than the first volumetric porosity. The first contacting surface of the supporting member is adhered to the first surface of the body.

    摘要: A fault protection and correction circuit for the control of a power converter is disclosed. An example circuit generates a waveform that drives a switch on or off and controls the power converter. The controller circuit in addition to power factor correction (PFC) circuitry includes a first and a second shut down mode modules, both of them cause the switching to stop. The circuit includes a module for receiving fault events. When a fault occurs, the controller enters the second shut down mode. The controller stays in the second shut down mode if the required current for this mode can be provided by the outside circuitry. Otherwise, the controller enters the first shut down mode that requires less current and subsequently restarts the controller. By modifying the outside circuitry the controller can respond differently to fault events.

    摘要: Disclosed is a polymeric electret film as well as the method of manufacturing the same. The polymeric electret film comprises a polytetrafluoroethylene film and an electrode layer. The polytetrafluoroethylene film includes a porous layer, which has a porous structure. The porous structure has a pore diameter ranging between 0.01 μm and 5.0 μm and has a porosity ranging between 20% and 95%. The polytetrafluoroethylene film has a thickness ranging between 1 μm and 50 μm, and is preferably made of expanded porous polytetrafluoroethylene. The polymeric electret film has a surface potential ranging between 0.1 V and 1000 V.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for automatic synchronization of monitoring points for a network management system (“NMS”) along a permanent virtual circuit (“PVC”) is disclosed. A NMS in an asynchronous transfer mode (“ATM”) network coupled to a plurality of ATM switches is operative to monitor each of the plurality of ATM switches storied in a monitoring service object corresponding to a PVC. The NMS receives at least one notification from at least one ATM switch of the plurality of ATM switches indicating an ATM switch has been added or removed from the PVC. In response to the at least notification, the NMS adds at least one ATM switch to the monitoring service object or removes at least one ATM switch from the monitoring service object.
