A content data delivery system is provided that is configured to be able to deliver various data to the handheld device and to make a content data available to the handheld device. The system includes a member-registration information database that holds member-registration information including a data pair of a handheld-device identifier related to the relevant handheld device and the relevant media identifier. The media identifier held by the storage media is verified with the member-registration information database. When it is determined that the media identifier corresponds to the member-registration information, the content key data held in the storage media is read, and it is determined whether an encrypted content data corresponding to the read content key data is stored in the storage media or other storage media coupled to the storage media. The encrypted content data is transferred to the storage media or the like depending on the user's specification.

摘要： A system for providing program information has a user terminal, a recording medium capable of reading information therefrom and writing information thereto through a command issued by the user terminal, and a server connected to the user terminal via a network, and provides program information from the server to the recording medium. The recording medium has a first control unit that performs a first mutual authentication operation with a first storage unit capable of writing program information thereto and the user terminal, and that executes a command to write program information to the first storage unit only if the first mutual authentication operation is successful. The user terminal performs a second mutual authentication operation with the server, obtains program information transmitted from the server if the second mutual authentication operation is successful, and issues a command to write the program information to the first storage unit of the recording medium.

摘要： In a forward error correction method and a forward error correction addition apparatus, error correction is performed on the basis of data, to which forward error correction code is added, transmitted through a network to output decoded data. The data transmitted through the network includes information bits represented by an information bit matrix with n rows and m columns (n, m are natural numbers), and redundancy bits represented by an odd number of redundancy information bit rows and an odd number of redundancy information bit columns based on the information bit matrix, which are provided in the row direction and in the column direction of the information bit matrix respectively. The redundancy bits are the forward error correction code.
