    摘要: The invention relates to a moisture-curing, NCO-reactive polyurethane hotmelt adhesive composition to a process for its production and to its use as an adhesive wherein the hot-melt adhesive characterized by a reaction product obtainable by reaction of:A) a mixture of:i) polyfunctional polyol component which is liquid or highly viscous (paste-like) at room temperature (25.degree. C.) and which has an average molecular weight of 500 to 5,000 and which is consisting of at least one polyether and/or polyester polyol, andii) a polyfunctional polyol component which is crystalline at room temperature (25.degree. C.) and which has a molecular weight of 500 to 10,000 and preferably 2,000 to 5,000with a mixture ofB)i) a polyisocyanate component containing two differently reactive NCO groups andii) a diisocyanate component having an NCO reactivity to hydroxyl groups which is greater than that of the less reactive NCO groups of the polyisocyanate component containing two differently reactive NCO groups,the overall ratio of NCO:OH groups being greater than 1, and the ratio of the NCO groups of the polyisocyanate component containing two differently reactive NCO groups to the OH groups of the polyol component i) being between 1.05 and 2.0 and the ratio by weight formed from the quantity of polyol component to the quantity of the polyisocyanate component containing two differently reactive NCO groups and the quantity of the crystalline polyol component, the diisocyanate component containing isocyanate groups which are more reactive to OH groups than the less reactive NCO groups of the isocyanate containing two differently reactive NCO groups being between 10 and 0.1.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a process for the direct production of a pigmented thermoplastic polyurethane powder in finely divided form by(a) reacting with agitation at an overall equivalent ratio of isocyanate groups to isocyanate reactive groups of about 0.5 to 1.1(i) a surfactant-stabilized emulsion of fine droplets of a first reactant which has an average of about two isocyanate or isocyanate reactive groups in admixture with at least one pigment with(ii) a second reactant which contain an average of about two isocyanate or isocyanate reactive groups, in an inert organic liquid in which the first reactant, the pigment and the powder are substantially insoluble or immiscible to form particles of the powder which are protected from agglomeration by the surfactant, and(b) separating the particles of the powder from the inert organic liquid.The present invention is also directed to the pigmented thermoplastic polyurethane powders obtained by this process.

    摘要: A magnetic recording carrier which has improved mechanical properties as a result of a highly active cross-linking reaction of the polymeric binder is produced by carrying out the cross-linking reaction by way of oligo- and/or polyurethanes and/or polyureas containing oxadiazine trione rings in the presence of hydroxyl groups and/or aliphatic amino groups. The oligo- and polyurethanes containing the oxadiazine trione ring are reaction products ofA polyisocyanates with a functionality of from 1.95 to 2.05, preferably from 1.99 to 2.01 andB compounds containing predominantly two zerewitinoff active hydrogen atoms, selected from hydroxyl and/or amino compounds in the molecular weight range of from 18 to 6000.under the condition that the ratio of isocyanate groups present in A to zerewitinoff active hydrogens present in B lies in the range of from 0.75:1 to 1.1:1 and from 5 to 100 mol % of the polyisocyanate mentioned under A are polyisocyanates containing an oxadiazine trione ring, and catalytic quantities of tertiary amines and/or aliphatic polyamines are optionally added for hardening the magnetizable layer.
