    摘要: Provided are a phosphorus- and nitrogen-containing polyol composition, a method of preparing the same, and flame-retardant polyol for polyurethane, using the phosphorus- and nitrogen-containing polyol composition. In particular, provided are a phosphorus- and nitrogen-containing polyol which has a structure in which, in the molecule of polyol, phosphorus is co-bound to a hydroxyl group of polyol and an amino group of a nitrogen compound by a chemical reaction, and is prepared to comprise 1-20% of phosphorus and 1-17% of nitrogen, thereby obtaining excellent stability, compatibility with other polyols, reactivity, and flame-retardant characteristics, and a method of preparing the same.
