    摘要: Connectors (25a), (25b), (25c), (25d), (25e), and (25f) for electrically connecting lead wires of armature windings (4) coiled around armature blocks (10), (11), and (12) are provided at respective ends of a plurality of the armature blocks (10), (11), and (12) such that connections of the armature windings (4) in the respective armature blocks become parallel connections. The connector pair including the connectors (25b), (25c) and the connector pair including the connectors (25d), (25e), which are provided between the armature blocks, are embodied as in-phase connections. On condition that the number of phases of the armature winding is taken as three and a magnetic pole pitch of a magnetic field is taken as τp, the armature blocks are spaced apart from each other at intervals of ⅔ τp. As a result, there can be obtained an armature of a linear motor and a linear motor, which can facilitate processing of lead wires of the armature windings and make the operation for assembling the armature blocks efficient and which enable an attempt to increase the thrust of the motor in accordance with an increase in the stroke of the movable element.

    摘要: The present invention provides a linear motor in which the loss of the motor is reduced and a motor efficiency is improved. A linear motor includes: a mover part including an armature module having an I shaped magnetic iron core (1) and an armature winding (2) of one kind wound on the periphery of the I shaped magnetic iron core (1) through an insulating resin (3), a non-magnetic material holder (4) on which a plurality of armature modules are arranged in a stroke direction, and a base upper plate (8a) and a base lower plate (8b) for attaching the non-magnetic material holder (4) in its upper and lower parts respectively; and a stator part including a plurality of field permanent magnets (10) opposed to the I shaped magnetic iron cores (1) through magnetic spaces and field yokes (9) for supporting the field permanent magnets (10). The non-magnetic material holder (4) has through holes (41) corresponding to the forms and the arranging pitches of the I shaped magnetic iron cores (1) and bolts (5) are inserted into the through holes (41) to fix the non-magnetic holder to the base upper plate (8a) and the base lower plate (8b).

The moving magnet type linear slider includes a linear motor for reciprocating a table, and a detector for detecting the relative position of the table and a fixed base. The linear motor includes an armature in which polyphase armature winding is wound around the armature core secured to a fixed base and a field permanent magnet secured to the lower surface of the table in the vertical direction and arranged between the inner side surface of the linear guide and the outside surface of the armature via gaps therebetween. The detector includes a linear scale secured to the lower surface side of the table and a sensor head secured to the upper surface side of the armature, and the central axis of the detector is substantially aligned with the thrust central axis G-G of the armature.

The motor has a rotor (3) including separated block cores (31, 32 and 33), each of which has a length equivalent to eight times the magnet pitch (Pm) and includes nine teeth (4) along the length. The block cores are arranged in line and separated by gaps equivalent to ⅔ of the magnet pitch. The first block (31) is divided into three groups of teeth (4) with armature coils (5) to form U-, V- and W-phases. Similarly, the second block (32) is grouped to form V-, W- and U-phases, and the third block (33) is grouped to form W-, U- and V-phases. The armature coils (5) are formed to differ in phase by 120 degrees from one another in order to zero the sum of the cogging caused by the blocks.

    摘要: A voltage protection circuit for a semiconductor test system has reduced number of components and functions as an excessive voltage clamp circuit and an abnormal voltage detection circuit. The voltage protection circuit includes a switch for selecting a reference voltage out of a predetermined clamp voltage and a predetermined abnormal threshold voltage, a clamp diode connected to an output of a device under test (DUT) to open or close the output of the DUT, a buffer amplifier for providing the selected reference voltage to the clamp diode, a resister series connected between an output of the buffer amplifier and the clamp diode for detecting an abnormal voltage in the output of the DUT, and a comparator for comparing the reference voltage and an output voltage of the DUT through the diode and generating a detection signal when the output of the DUT exceeds the reference voltage.

    摘要: To prevent adverse effect, on machining accuracy, of cogging thrust of linear motors when used in a combined linear motor driving a machine tool. Three linear motor movers are fixedly attached to a moving table of a machine tool, while three linear motor stators are fixedly attached to a base. The three linear motors are driven in parallel to thereby drive the moving table. The respective linear motor stators are fixed to the base so as to have fixed phases relative to the base, stepwisely displaced by an electrical angle 60° whereby cogging thrust is leveled in the entire combined linear motor.
