    摘要: A method for manufacturing a microstructure comprises the steps of forming positive type resist layer (PMMA) on a base plate having heater formed thereon; forming positive type resist layer (PMIPK) on the aforesaid positive type resist layer; exposing the positive type resist layer on the upper layer to ionizing radiation of the wavelength region that gives decomposition reaction to the positive type resist layer (PMIPK) for the formation of a designated pattern by development; exposing the positive type resist layer on the lower layer to ionizing radiation of the wavelength region that givens decomposition reaction to the positive type resist layer (PMMA) for the formation of a designated pattern by development; and coating photosensitive resin film having adhesive property on the resist pattern formed by the positive type resist layer (PMMA) and positive type resist layer (PMIPK); and then, dissolving the resist pattern to be removed after the resin film having adhesive property is hardened.

    摘要: A dispersible colorant is provided which comprises a colorant and a chargeable resin pseudo fine particle of a size smaller than the size of the colorant being fixed or fused to the colorant, wherein the colorant itself has a surface charge. Thereby, it becomes possible to process a surface of the colorant while exploiting both the characteristic of a resin adhered and fixed to the surface of the colorant and the characteristic of the surface of the colorant, so that it is possible to provide a dispersible colorant that has sufficiently high dispersibility and a simple and easy method of producing the colorant, by use of a colorant that is essentially water-insoluble.

    摘要: A heat recovery apparatus has an evaporating part for evaporating an internal fluid and a condensing part for condensing the internal fluid evaporated in the evaporating part. The evaporating part and the condensing part are in communication with each other through a looped passage for circulating the internal fluid therethrough. The evaporating part has evaporating heat pipes and evaporating fins. Each evaporating heat pipes has flange portions at longitudinal ends thereof. The flange portions project in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the evaporating heat pipe and have a tubular shape. The evaporating heat pipes and the evaporating fins are alternately stacked and brazed, and the flange portions of the adjacent evaporating heat pipes are coupled to and brazed to each other such that communication portions are provided by the coupled flange portions and longitudinal ends of the evaporating heat pipes.

As a result, it becomes possible to provide an aqueous ink suitable for ink jet recording which has high dispersion stability, is excellent in long-term dispersion stability, and is capable of providing an image excellent in fastness such as rubfastness, especially a highly glossy image. Further, there can also be provided an ink tank, an ink jet recording apparatus, an ink jet recording method, and an ink jet recorded image each using such aqueous ink.
