    摘要: An image forming system includes: a first sheet stacking device including a rack, provided downstream of an image forming apparatus in a conveyance direction of a recording sheet and connected with the image forming apparatus, for stacking the recording sheet delivered from the image forming apparatus; a second sheet stacking device, which is provided downstream of the first sheet stacking device and connected with the first sheet stacking device; and a controller for controlling the image forming apparatus and the first and second sheet stacking devices. At least one of the first and second sheet stacking devices has a job stop button for stopping a printing job, and when the job stop button is turned on while the printing job execution is in progress, the controller controls the sheet stacking device to stop a stack of a recording sheet to the rack.

    摘要: A plasma processing system provided with a vacuum chamber for accommodating a substrate and for generation of plasma in a space in the front of the same, an antenna provided at the vacuum chamber, and a high frequency power source for supplying high frequency power to the antenna. The antenna emits high frequency power, generates plasma inside the vacuum chamber, and processes the surface of the substrate by the plasma. In the plasma processing system, the antenna has a disk-shaped conductor plate having a predetermined thickness. A coaxial waveguide having a folded portion is formed around the disk-shaped conductor plate. The folded portion of the waveguide is provided with a short-circuit 3 dB directional coupler having an impedance matching function. The antenna having the above structure prevents the generation of a standing wave in the high frequency wave propagation path from the high frequency power source to the vacuum chamber and generates high density plasma by supply of a large power. Due to this, processing of a large area substrate becomes possible.

    摘要: To provide a planar light source device that can provide large-area, uniform, and high-quality planar illumination light.A planar light source device includes a main body case 4 that surrounds the periphery of a gap between a pair of optical reflection plates disposed to face each other with side plates, and a plurality of point light sources 2 arranged at predetermined intervals on at least one side plate of the main body case. The planar light source device allows light from the point light sources 2 to be transmitted through at least one of the pair of optical reflection plates 5 and emitted to the outside. At least one 5 of the pair of optical reflection plates 5 includes a light blocking region S1 that blocks light from the point light sources on the point light sources 2 side, and a light transmission region S2 that does not allow the light from the point light sources 2 to be directly transmitted but allows reflection light reflected between the optical reflection plates to be transmitted, and is aligned so that transmissivity increases as the distance from the light blocking region S1 increases, and luminance is substantially uniform on the surface of the optical reflection plate.

    摘要: The drive of the motor is stopped, the electromagnetic switch contacts are switched OFF, and thereafter the first and second contact points are closed to form a closed circuit of the smoothing capacitor, second contact point, first and second resistors, motor coil, ground 1, ground 2, first contact point, and smoothing capacitor. Charging voltage of the smoothing capacitor is applied to the closed circuit. If an insulation resistance of the motor deteriorates, a current flowing through the closed circuit is increased. The increase of the current is detected by means of the potential difference across the first resistor R1 in the closed circuit, to detect insulation resistance deterioration of the motor.
