Abstract: Provided is a container processing system capable of improving a speed of processing containers with a simple configuration and providing a compact production line. The container processing system (10) includes a container conveyer (20) having a container conveying path (21a) that conveys containers (C) arranged in a row and a container processor (40) that performs processing on the containers (C) in a container processing area (A2) set lateral to a container transfer area (A1) set in a segment of the container conveying path (21a). The container conveyer (40) includes a container carrier (21) conveying the containers (C) arranged in the row along the container conveying path (21a) and a container transferer (22) moving a container row including the plurality of containers (C) arranged in the row in the container transfer area (A1) toward the container processing area (A2).

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an apparatus for applying a sealant to an inner side of a tire. The apparatus includes: a feeding conveyor feeding a tire to the apparatus; a primary centering unit for primarily centering the tire fed by the feeding conveyor; a secondary centering unit for setting an accurate position of the tire having passed through the primary centering unit; a turning unit for receiving the centered horizontal tire from the secondary centering unit and rotating the tire by 90 degrees; a sealant application robot provided with a sealant application nozzle entering the tire rotated by 90 degrees in the turning unit; a rotating unit for rotating the tire with the sealant application nozzle placed inside the tire; a forward/rearward drive unit for moving, toward the secondary centering unit, a tire inside of which the sealant discharged through the sealant application nozzle of the sealant application robot has been completely applied to while the tire is rotated by the rotating unit; and a discharge conveyor for discharging the tire to which the sealant has been completely applied. The apparatus can provide a safety tire by allowing a punctured portion to be automatically filled with a sealant when the tire is punctured by a sharp object such as a nail during travel.

Abstract: A method of producing a honeycomb filter using a production apparatus that includes: a workpiece securing section for securing a base of a honeycomb filter; a powder transfer section for transferring a powder together with a pressurized gas (e.g., air); an introduction section for introducing the powder that has transferred from the powder transfer section into the base secured by the workpiece securing section when the apparatus is used; a suction section for sucking the gas that has passed through the base secured by the workpiece securing section using suction means; a cleaning section for removing a surplus powder adhering to an end face of the base after the introduction of the powder; a judgment section for judging an amount of the powder adhering to the base; and a workpiece transfer section for transferring the base among the workpiece securing section, the cleaning section, and the judgment section.
