摘要： A powder supplying device for a powder coating installation with at least one closable powder container, which has a substantially cuboidal powder chamber for coating powder and a fluidizing device for introducing fluidizing compressed air into the powder chamber. At least one inlet opening is provided in a side wall of the powder container for feeding coating powder during a powder coating operation of the powder coating installation or for introducing cleaning compressed air during a cleaning operation of the coating installation. At least one outlet is provided for discharging fluidizing compressed air introduced into the powder chamber or for discharging cleaning air introduced into the powder chamber during the cleaning operation together with residual powder transported along with the cleaning compressed air. At least one powder feed line and at least one cleaning compressed-air feed line are connected via a diverter to the at least one inlet opening.

The nozzle is formed into a shape having a longitudinal direction. A single introduction port is formed at an end surface of the nozzle on one side in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of discharge ports are formed at an end surface of the nozzle on the other side in the longitudinal direction. A single introduction passage extends linearly from the single introduction port in the longitudinal direction. A plurality of discharge passages are each branched from an end portion of the introduction passage on a side opposite to the introduction port and extend to corresponding one of the discharge ports in a direction tilted from the longitudinal direction.

摘要： An apparatus for applying powder coating material onto large objects such as automotive, truck or other vehicle bodies includes a powder spray booth defining a controlled area within which to apply powder coating material onto the vehicle bodies, a powder kitchen located at a remote position from the powder spray booth, and, a number of feed hoppers located proximate the booth which receive powder coating material from the powder kitchen and supply it to automatically or manually manipulated powder spray guns associated with the booth. Oversprayed powder coating material is removed from the booth interior by a powder collection and recovery system which transmits the oversprayed powder back to the powder kitchen for recirculation to the powder spray guns.
