Abstract:
A method for manufacturing floor panels, wherein boards of laminate material are formed by means of a press treatment and wherein these boards are divided into several panels, from which the actual floor panels are formed. In a press treatment of the method, at least one impression is provided in the board, which at least is employed as a guiding groove for guiding the aforementioned board or the subsequently obtained panels in further treatments.
Abstract:
Method for manufacturing floor panels, wherein is started from panels (1), these panels (1), at their lower side (9), are provided with at least one guiding groove (22) and these panels (1), at least at two opposite sides (3A-3B/4A-4B), are provided with profiled edge regions (5A-5B) that comprise coupling parts (17A-17B), characterized in that at least one of the aforementioned two profiled edge regions (5A-5B) is formed such that this region, seen in a cross-section of the panel (1), transverse to the guiding groove (22), extends at the lower side (9) of the panel (1) at least up to the guiding groove (22). Further, the invention also relates to still other methods, for manufacturing as well as packaging of floor panels, and also relates to devices used therewith, as well as to floor panels.
Abstract:
Vertically joined flooring material comprising floor boards (1), which floor boards (1) are provided with edges (2) which are provided with a groove (2′), a lower side (5) and a decorative top surface (3). The floor boards (1) are intended to be joined by means of separate joining profiles (10). All edges (2) are provided with one groove (4) each, which grooves (4) are arranged parallel to its respective edge (2). The joining profiles (10) are provided with lips (11) arranged in pairs, which lips (11) each are intended to be received by the groove (4) of a floor board (1) guiding and fixing adjacent floor boards (1) horizontally. The joining profile (10) is provided with a central cheek section (13) which is comprised by a first and a second independently resilient cheek (13′ and 13″ respectively). The cheek (13′ and 13″ respectively) are provided with one tongue (14′ and 14″ respectively) each whereby the tongues (14′ and 14″ respectively) are intended to be received by one groove (2′) each so that adjacent floor boards (1) are guided in a vertical direction.

Abstract:
A floor system and a floor of a plurality of floor panels of support boards with at least one coated surface, which have a decoration and locking devices on the support board edges, which devices make it possible to connect two or more floor panels to one another and prevent a displacement of the floor panels with respect to one another in the laying plane and/or perpendicular thereto. A first part of the floor panels has support boards of wood or a woodbased material and a second part of the floor panels has support boards of a plastic.
Abstract:
Flooring material including floor boards (1) with an essentially square, rectangular or rhomboidal shape. The floor boards (1) are provided with edges (2), a horizontal lower side (5) and a horizontal decorative upper surface (3). The floor boards (1) are provided lower joining lips (10) at two adjacent edges (2) while the two remaining edges (2) are provided with upper joining lips (20). The lower joining lips (10) are provided essentially vertical lower lip surfaces 911) arranged parallel to the closest edge (2). The lower surfaces (11) are intended to interact with mainly vertical upper lip surfaces (21) arranged on the upper joining lips (20). Two joined adjacent floor boards (1) are hereby locked together in a horizontal direction. The joining lips (10 and 20 respectively) are furthermore provided with one or more heels (31) intended to snap join with recesses (32) adapted thereto which, by being provided with essentially horizontal locking surfaces, limits vertical movement between two joined adjacent floor boards (1).
Abstract:
Panel for floor coverings and relative floor covering consisting of floor panels made of composite material, wherein the floor covering comprises a plurality of panels (10) arranged adjacent to each other and joined together two by two in correspondence with at least two respective sides and wherein the panels include, on the opposite longitudinal sides, first male coupling means (nullCnull) and first female coupling means (nullDnull), and, on the opposite butt sides, second male coupling means (nullEnull) and mating second female coupling means (nullFnull). The butt end male-female coupling means (nullEnull, nullFnull) have respective and mating cam-type ends (33, 36) able to cooperate through interference in the butt-wise coupling of two adjacent panels.
Abstract:
A hardwood floor system has upper and lower subfloors of wooden panels, a plurality of elongated floorboards disposed above the upper subfloor and a plurality of uniformly spaced compressible, deflectable pads supporting the lower subfloor above a base. In free-floating embodiment of the invention, each of the pads includes a glide tip that is slidable with respect to the base. The pads are a compressible material having a flattened truncated first end and a larger second end. Each pad has at least one tab connected to and extending laterally from one of its ends to secure the pad to the floor system. The pad includes an internal hollow volume with a cross sectional area that decreases from an opening at the second end of the pad to a closed end of the hollow volume proximate the first end of the pad. The opening has a cross-sectional area greater than the area of the flattened truncated first end of the pad.
Abstract:
Diametrically cut lengths of half- or quarter-logs positioned side-by-side with their cut flat surfaces forming a pallet platform, a floor, wall panelling or a fence are mounted on support rails held together by interlocking tongue-and-groove or dovetail joints and fastening elements where needed. Support rails are hollow converted log beams made from three-sided lengths of logs arranged to form a rectangular cross-sectional outline and held together by spacers at intervals. Provision is made to assure a level surface by adjusting depth of grooves to offset log taper. Pallets may be made to be readily disassembled for space-saving storage, shipping or repair, and four-way fork-lift access may be provided.
