    摘要: A vane pump with a reduced rotor diameter is provided. The reduced rotor diameter allows a reduction in the overall size of the pump which allows the pump to be used in circumstances wherein sufficient packaging volume does not exist for conventional vane pumps. Further, the reduced rotor diameter permits operation of the pump at a higher speed, in comparison to conventional vane pumps, for a given working fluid and pump rate. The rotor includes an integrally formed drive shaft and a cylindrical rotor head. Both fixed displacement and variable displacement embodiments are shown.

    摘要: A stator for a helicoidal down-hole drilling motor is formed with a through-hole, in addition to the main stator bore. The through-hole can be a straight hole extending parallel to the axis of the stator, or a hole of helical form, the helix extending about the axis of the stator. The through-hole can be used to accommodate a communications cable extending through the through-hole, and/or the through-hole can be connected to a fluid supply. The stator is produced from metal-based powder by producing an insert of accurate dimensions corresponding to the dimensions of a bore to be created in the finished stator, the bore having a length of at least 750 mm, supporting the insert within a mould cavity, filling the mould cavity with metal-based powder, subjecting the powder to isostatic pressing, and subsequently removing the material of the insert.

    摘要: The invention relates to a vane pump comprising a rotor which is arranged therein, rotatably driven by a drive shaft. The rotor is provided with several grooves which are distributed through the circumference thereof and which extend substantially radially with respect to the axis of rotation of the rotor. In each groove a blade-shaped conveying element is slidingly guided. The end walls of the pump housing are adjacent to the rotor in the direction of the axis of rotation thereof. At least one ring-shaped groove surrounding the axis of rotation of the rotor is embodied in at least one front side of the rotor. The ring-shaped groove is connected to lower areas restricted by the blades in the grooves of the rotor, and to pressure areas. In a preferred embodiment, the ring-shaped groove is formed in the rotor by shaping.

    摘要: An impeller for a vane cell pump includes, but is not limited to vane receptacles for receiving an at least radially movable pump vane. A chamber wall is formed between two adjacent vane receptacles to form a conveying chamber. The chamber wall has an axially projecting web for delimiting a movement of a position ring with respect to the radial movement of the pump vane. The chamber wall includes, but is not limited to a first wall region for secure receiving of the respective pump vane in the vane receptacle. The chamber wall further includes, but is not limited to a second wall region for forming a web thickness d of the web for secure abutment of a sintering tool. In addition, the chamber wall has a third wall region for forming an enlarged conveying chamber volume. As a result, the impeller is easily manufactured and has an enlarged pump capacity for the same installation space.

Moreover, a production process of the present invention for a slide member is characterized in that it has: a laminating step of forming a powdery sliding layer, which is composed of a resinous powder and a solid-lubricant powder at least, on at least one of the surfaces of a substrate layer, which is composed of a metal; and a sintering step of sintering the substrate layer with the powdery sliding layer integrally. In accordance with this production process, it is possible to make a slide member, which has the substrate (10) and the sliding layer (20) at least. In accordance with the production process of the present invention for a slide member, it is possible to produce a slide member whose adhesiveness is high and which has good sliding characteristics.
