    摘要: A hydraulic tensioning apparatus for tensioning a threaded member (2) having a thread, comprising: a hydraulic tensioner (1), having a body (4) and a pressure space (13) for hydraulic fluid and having a thread engaging member (7) arranged to engage the thread of the threaded member (2) and to be urged away from the body (4) on introduction of hydraulic fluid into the pressure space (13) so as to tension the threaded member (2); a displacement sensor (11, 12) arranged to measure a linear displacement of the thread engaging member (7) relative to the base (4) and to provide an output indicative of the linear displacement; a rotation sensor (65, 66) arranged to determine a rotation of a nut (3) rotating on the threaded member (2) and arranged to produce output indicative of a rotation angle of the nut (3); and a control unit (80) arranged to take as inputs the outputs of the displacement sensor (11, 12) and the rotation sensor (65, 66), and to determine from the output of the displacement sensor (11, 12) a required angle of rotation of the nut (3) which accommodates for extension of the threaded member (2) due to being tensioned by the hydraulic tensioner (1).

    摘要: The invention concerns a hydraulic valve arrangement (1) with a supply connection arrangement comprising a high-pressure connection (P) and a low-pressure connection (T), a working connection arrangement comprising two working connections (A, B), which can be connected to a motor (4), a directional valve arrangement (5) located between the supply connection arrangement (P, T) and the working connection arrangement (A, B), and a compensation valve (15) acted upon in a first activation direction by a pressure in a first pressure chamber (33), which is connected to a load-sensing pipe (LS), and, if required, by a spring (32), and in a second activation direction opposite to the first activation direction by a pressure downstream of the directional valve arrangement (5), said pressure acting in a second pressure chamber (34), the compensation valve (15) having an inlet (14) and an outlet (19). In connection with a post-compensated valve, it is endeavored to adjust the load pressures at the working connections (A, B) in dependence of the direction. For this purpose, each working connection (A, B) is connected to a control system, which amplifies the effect of the pressure in the first pressure chamber (33) on the compensation valve (15) in dependence of a pressure ruling at the working connection (A, B).

    摘要: There is provided a circuit configuration which does not require an additional fail-safe mechanism caused by the addition of a changeover valve in a hydraulic pressure control device for an automatic transmission having a function to directly supply a line pressure and hold (lock) an engaging pressure by combinations of electromagnetic valves and changeover valves.A changeover valve 20 is disposed between an output port 12 and a feedback port 13 of a linear solenoid valve 10 of the hydraulic pressure control device for an automatic transmission. The changeover valve 20 operates depending on at least an output pressure from the output port, and is switched between (1) a first state (control mode) in which a pressure Pc corresponding to an indicator current is outputted through the linear solenoid valve 10 by bringing the output port into communication with the feedback port, and (2) a second state (lock mode) in which a line pressure PL is outputted through the linear solenoid valve 10 by bringing the feedback port 13 into communication with a drain passage EX and discharging oil from the feedback port.

    摘要: The invention provides a method and apparatus for controlling in a path-dependent manner the force generated by a piston. A first piston travels in a first cylinder—divided into a first and second chamber by the first piston—together with a pressure fluid. A second cylinder is provided in which a second piston travels. Like the first cylinder, the second cylinder is also divided by the second piston into a first and a second chamber, in this case by the second piston. The first and second pistons are coupled mechanically. The pressure in the second chamber of the second cylinder is regulated such that it is always equal to the counterpressure in the first chamber of the second cylinder and the second chamber of the first cylinder.
