摘要: A method, data processing system and computer program product for managing inventory used in a manufacturing operation to manufacture a product. The method includes a processor communicating with at least one database containing manufacturing operation data. Several inventory locations and components are identified within the manufacturing operation data. A current component inventory and space data, historical component usage data and a demand forecast are retrieved. A statistical analysis is performed upon the current component inventory and space data, the historical component usage data and the demand forecast to obtain a target inventory level range for each of the components at each of the inventory locations. An inventory level control chart is generated, based on the statistical analysis, for selected components associated with at least one inventory location.

摘要: A system for assembling and dispensing an order made up of one or more individually packaged items from a plurality of different individually packaged items includes a storage module containing one or more packages of each of the items, and a conveyor having selectively assignable spaces configured to receive the packaged items associated with a particular order and to transport the packaged items to a processing location. A pick device is movable relative to the storage module and is configured to retrieve a package from the storage module. A transfer station adjacent the conveyor receives one or more of the packaged items from the pick device and an actuator associated with the transfer station moves the packaged items from the transfer station to the conveyor when the assigned space associated with the order is in the registration with the transfer station.

摘要: A variable dose dispensing system may include a processor and memory. The processor may receive a request for a variable dose order of a medication, such as from a user. The processor may request an amount of the medication to be administered, and receive, in response to the request, an indication of the amount to be administered. The processor may verify that the amount to be administered is within a range of the variable dose order. The processor may determine an item in a local inventory that contains at least the amount of the medication to be administered, and may dispense the item. If an amount of the dispensed item exceeds the amount to be administered, such as by a waste amount, the processor may display an indication of the waste amount to the user, and may transmit a notification of the waste amount, such as to a management server.

The dispensing module receives data from one or both of the input module and the beverage selection module that includes the beverage selection and the ingredient. The dispensing module also generates a beverage dispensing instruction based at least in part on the beverage selection and the ingredient. The beverage dispenser receives data from the dispensing module that includes the beverage dispensing instruction and dispenses a beverage according to the beverage dispensing instruction.

The method further includes determining one or more suggested input strings associated with the partial textual input. Determining the suggested input string(s) includes: (1) for each of a plurality of reference input strings contained within one or more of a plurality of reference files within a database, identifying a frequency with which the reference input string appears in the plurality of reference files, and (2) determining the suggested input string(s) further includes determining the suggested input string(s) from among the plurality of reference input strings based on the frequencies with which the reference input strings appear in the plurality of reference files. The method further includes providing the suggested input string(s) to the user as suggestions for completing the partial textual input.

The apparatus initiates a control of the first user device when the criterion is satisfied.

Virtual reception times vt of the output signals are individually calculated based on times t at which the input signals are output to the simulation devices and the processing response times p. One of the plurality of output signals received at the earliest virtual reception time vt is output as the input signal for another of the simulation devices.

摘要: A method for inspecting an installed component includes receiving an identity and selected location of the component as an input signal via a handheld inspection device having a controller, digital camera, and display screen, and collecting a dynamic pixel image of the selected location in real-time using the digital camera. The method includes displaying the image in real time via the display screen, projecting virtual guidance lines onto the image corresponding to edges of the installed component, and identifying the component via the controller when the image is aligned with the projected acquisition lines. A predetermined area of the installed component is identified after identifying the installed component, a predetermined feature dimension is measured within the identified predetermined area, and an output signal is generated with a status indicative of whether the measured feature dimension falls within a calibrated range.

摘要: The circuit scale of a semiconductor device that can perform arithmetic processing of analog data is reduced. In the semiconductor device, a memory cell is configured to generate a first current corresponding to first analog data and to generate a second current corresponding to the first analog data and second analog data. A reference memory cell is configured to generate a reference current corresponding to reference data. A first circuit is configured to generate and hold a third current corresponding to the difference between the first current and the reference current when the first current is lower than the reference current. A second circuit is configured to generate and hold a fourth current corresponding to the difference between the first current and the reference current when the first current is higher than the reference current. One of the first circuit and the second circuit is configured to generate a fifth current corresponding to third analog data.
