The heat exchanger housing (12) includes a first housing part (36) and a second housing part (38). The first housing part includes an outer circumferential wall (40), an inner circumferential wall (42) and an inner bottom wall (46) adjoining the inner circumferential wall. The second housing part includes an outer bottom wall (62), which is or can be connected to the outer circumferential wall (40) in one end area.

    摘要: A hot water supply system provided on a water pipeline, which includes a water inflow side and a water outlet side. The hot water supply system includes a plurality of water heaters; each includes a conduit, a heating device, a calculating unit, and a control unit. The conduit includes an inlet section, an outlet section, and a heating section in sequence, wherein the inlet section and the outlet section are connected with the water inflow side and the water outflow side respectively; the heating device heats the heating section; the calculating unit estimates a heating workload needed. If the heating workload of any water heater exceeds a predetermined upper limit workload thereof, the control unit of one water heater controls the other idle heating device to heat water, which ensures that water temperature of water provided to the water outflow side would reach a demanded water temperature.

    摘要: The invention under consideration relates to an electric heating device for heating a flowing medium with a housing, in which the at least one electric heating element of the electric heating device is held securely and fully shielded from the medium held in the circulation chamber by a separating wall that divides the housing into a heating chamber and a circulation chamber. The circulation chamber has inlet openings and outlet openings for introducing and removing, respectively, the medium. The heating element is preferably a PTC heating element and is held by means of a clamping force in a recess formed by the separating wall, said recess preferably projecting into the circulation chamber. The invention furthermore relates to a recuperator for converting electrical energy into thermal energy, particularly for an electric drive in a vehicle.

    摘要: The present invention becomes possible to employ a main microprocessor with a relatively lower number of input ports, whereby while maintaining the performance and function of a water heater, the cost of a control apparatus is cut down. Some of sensors, adapted for measurement of various parameters which are for use in operational control of the water heater and in need of immediate response, are connected to a main microprocessor 31. The other sensors that are not in need of an immediate response, such as an ambient temperature sensor 36, are connected only to a sub microprocessor 32 if the main microprocessor 31 does not have any extra analog signal input port. The sub microprocessor converts an analog signal from the sensor 36 which is connected only to the sub microprocessor into digital data. And the sub microprocessor transmits the digital data to the main microprocessor through communication therewith.
