摘要： An extended sole and heel care device with strengthened extended handles to be held in each hand and pulled back and forth in a see-saw motion across the sole or heel of the foot to be used for cleaning, removing dry or calloused skin, or to apply lotions and oils. Centered between the structured ends is a flexible tool holding area where different skin care tools can be placed. The strengthened extended handles allow the tool holding area to drape behind the rear heel at an angle that allows for ease in abrading or cleaning the heel. An abrasive strip can be placed in tool area for rougher skin treatments like callus removal on the sole of the foot, or a soft absorbent pad can be attached for easy lotion application at the rear of the heel.

摘要： A therapeutic apparatus having an expanse of material that can be adjustably wrapped around a portion of a user's body and which is securable thereon. Various therapeutic components can be attached to the material expanse in numerous positions, such that when it is secured on the user, the components direct the therapy to the area of need. Therapeutic components may include for example, pressure-creating devices, hot and cold packs and rigid support pieces. One or more flexible straps, each having an attachment mechanism to allow direct attachment to the material expanse at a plurality of positions can also be provided.

An assembly includes various resuscitation devices including chest compression devices, defibrillation devices, and airway management devices, along with communications devices and senses with initiate communications with emergency medical personnel automatically upon use of the device.

摘要： A back support device for heating and stimulating the nerves of a user's back includes a belt having inner and outer coverings, a conformable heat transfer pad having inner and outer coverings joined to each other to form discrete sections that are filled with a particulate heat retention material, a heating element adjacent the outer side of the heat transfer pad, a back support plate adjacent the outer side of the heating element, and at least one nerve stimulator. The nerve stimulator may be formed of a plurality of vibrators, a transcutaneous nerve stimulator, or both. A battery and a controller power and control the heating element and the nerve stimulator. The heat transfer pad and back support plate are preferably of approximately the same shape and size, while the heating element is of a smaller size, permitting the vibrators to contact the heat transfer pad.

摘要： A vibratory massage device for use in conjunction with therapeutic exercises. The device has several belts of varying sizes, to which one or two vibrator units can be releasably attached for use on various body parts. An elastic band on each belt firmly presses the vibratory unit against the belt web when the belt is tightened, so as to prevent irritation-producing movement between the belt and the patient's skin. The motor of the vibratory unit is provided with a carrier bearing and eccentric-operated air flow means to permit miniaturization of the vibratory unit without loss of effectiveness.
