The flow section (2) further comprises one internal flow passage (15, 16) and one external flow passage (17, 18), wherein the at least one internal flow passage (15, 16) and the at least one external flow passage (17, 18) are connected to the grid (14) in the active section (3).

A first channel for a first fluid, and a second channel for a second fluid are provided such that heat is allowed to be transferred between the first channel and the second channel via the second channel wall portion. The system can further include a third coolant loop configured with a third series of coolant hoses to communicate third volume of coolant fluid between the three-way heat exchanger and an engine heat exchanger of the vehicle.
