Abstract: A route information storage function having decreased data storage requirements is provided in a vehicle controller that includes a processor, a first storage unit, and a second storage unit and that stores route information indicating a route to a target point. The vehicle controller includes a traveling state acquiring unit that acquires route information on a vehicle, a short-term storage information processing unit that stores the route information in the first storage unit, as short-term storage information, the route information being acquired by the traveling state acquiring unit while the vehicle is traveling, and a long-term storage information processing unit that after the vehicle has reached the target point, determines long-term storage information from short-term storage information stored in the first storage unit, the long-term storage information processing unit storing the determined long-term storage information in the second storage unit.

Abstract: An electronic control device includes a non-conductive resin housing; a circuit board; a metal housing; a waterproof seal material; and a conductive adhesive. The circuit board has a circuit ground (GND pattern), and is held by the resin housing. The metal housing covers the circuit board and is attached to the resin housing. The waterproof seal material seals and waterproofs the resin housing and the metal housing. The conductive adhesive is in contact with the metal housing and the circuit ground, and electrically connects the metal housing to the circuit ground at a plurality of points.

Abstract: The present invention provides a fuel pump capable of discharging fuel at high pressure and suppressing sticking between a plunger and a cylinder. A high-pressure fuel supply pump includes a plunger that reciprocates, a cylinder in which a guide hole for guiding a reciprocating motion of the plunger extends in an axial direction, and a pump body including a third room (cylinder insertion hole) into which the cylinder is press-fitted, and a pressurizing chamber that communicates with the third room and has a volume increased or decreased by the reciprocating motion of the plunger. The pressure of a fixed gap generated between the cylinder and the pump body is set to be equal to or higher than pressure of a sliding gap generated between the plunger and the cylinder.

This can reduce the number of capacitors while preventing a decrease in the capacitance.

Abstract: There is a problem that an area of a principal current cell is reduced by an area of a bonding pad wiring layer for a sub-cell. A source electrode 9b of a current detection cell 22 is electrically connected to a bonding pad wiring layer 12 formed on an interlayer insulating film 10 via a wiring layer contact 11. The bonding pad wiring layer 12 is formed with respect to a source electrode 9a of a principal current cell 21 so as to cover a part of the source electrode 9a via the interlayer insulating film 10. As a result, the source electrode 9b is miniaturized, and a size of the source electrode 9b is made substantially equal to a size of the current detection cell 22. Therefore, the current detection cell 22 and the principal current cell 21 are disposed close to each other.

Abstract: A vehicle control device using a semiconductor fuse, and enabling an increase in size of the semiconductor fuse to be suppressed and the occurrence of an abnormal current to be detected early to enable shut off of the abnormal current. Furthermore, the vehicle control device includes a drive controller that, when the temperature of the shut-off unit detected by the temperature detector exceeds a predetermined value, controls and restricts operation of the load devices for which the priority is low, based on priorities set for each of the plurality of load devices.
