A heat driven acoustic type pulse tube cryocooler has metal knit installed within a driving section cooling a driving gas of an application device using a principle of high temperature superconductivity, and then homogeneously heats the driving gas by way of premixed combustion so that the driving gas generates an acoustic having a predetermined frequency. The orifice installed within a reservoir controls the amount of the driving gas running between the cold reservoir and the pulse tube to constantly maintain a pressure of the cold reservoir. Therefore, the driving gas repeats the process of the compression and expansion centering around the pulse tube, thereby cooling the application device.

An apparatus for generating an in-phase/quadrature-phase (I/Q) signal in a wireless transceiver is disclosed, including a local oscillator for generating a local oscillation signal, and first and second mixers for mixing the oscillation signal with a transmission/reception signal to convert the transmission/reception signal into a baseband or high-frequency signal. The apparatus includes a phase locked circuit for controlling the local oscillator, and a polyphase filter installed between the local oscillator and the mixers, for separating the oscillation signal from the local oscillator into an I signal and a Q signal depending on a control signal from the phase locked circuit, and outputting the separated I and Q signals to the first and second mixers, respectively.

A memory device includes multiple memory banks that share an IO sense amplifier so that the number of sense amplifiers and the number of data lines coupled to the sense amplifiers is decreased and the area of a chip is reduced. In one embodiment, the memory device includes a plurality of memory banks, a plurality of global IO lines in the memory banks for transmitting data from the memory banks, and a plurality of IO sense amplifiers. The elastic member is attached to a bottom surface of the audio head support plate in such a way that the throughhole and the slots thereof correspond to the tapped hole and the slots of the audio head support plate.
